Frozen yogurt was watery and flavorless. Good decent selection of toppings but don?t think I?ll be going back.

Force my 3 year old to pee her pants! After buying and eating frozen yogurt my 3 year old needed to use the bathroom urgently,... they refused to let her. They sent us (myself with 3 small children) to Safeway and said that?s where they send theircustomers. I told them she was going to wet her pants and the response was ?guess we will have to clean it up then,? On our wayacross the parking lot my daughter wet her pants. When I called to talk to the GM she essentially told me to deal with it. Thatthey are not LEGALY obligated to allow customers to use the restroom?. Apparently they have zero moral obligation either tospite the Bible verses all over their walls. Will NEVER go back! Read more
