Our first time here. We loved all that we ordered. The crab dip, the Viking pizza, the Caesar salad with soup and the baked... spaghetti. The service was good too. Didn?t drink so no idea about their cocktails. Definitely a family place and must visit. Read more
We love Bruno?s cheesecake and always get a slice when we dine in! We had a hankering for it the other day and decided to get... two slices to go on our way home. The pieces were much smaller than when we dined in, though still as tasty! I would recommendeating in versus take out if you have time. We are regular customers and typically get great customer service and good quality food here. We brought some good friends last... and was so embarrassed and disappointed. It took them over an hour to get our food out and when it did the all the pizzas wereburnt. We spoke with the manager who was full of himself and wanted to explain from an ?operational stand point? why our ordertook so long. His excuse was that the online orders took precedence over the in house customers. Then instead of rectifying theissue he asked what would we like to do about it. We didn?t go there to get a freebies, we came for the food and what we thoughthad good service. He then offered to remake our pizza and that it would only take ?7 minutes? but yet it took them over an hourto make ours. In addition, the cook was clearly upset because he was slamming things, walking off, and throwing pizza boxes. Andif you have been here before, they entire restaurant can see the pizza cook. Manager did nothing but mingle with the barcustomers. He was cocky and full of himself. Provided no customer service. Sadly, we will never return here nor will we everrecommend anyone else to go there. Oh, they also forgot salads and then the manger had the nerve to just comp 2 pizzas vs 5 thatwere all burnt. This is officialy one of my favorite restaurants in the pacific northwest! 2 blocks from my house! Great prices, amazing quality... and flavor, beyond friendly and personable customer service, and they're are free breathers! No masks nessesary! I would highlyrecommend for date night. One of the best pizza restaurants close to where we live. Love their Pepperoni and Pineapple. Has very efficient phone order... processing - I can often phone in and then drive to pickup when I arrive. Crust is the key as it is with all pizza - wood firedis the best. Menu images below. Read more
