Meeting friends at this location for brunch. First, this place was not busy so I didn't understand why there was a 20 minute... wait. Next up, the hostess was very short with me and other customers walking in. I could clearly see the restaurant was NOTbusy; many open tables, staff everywhere, but still...I wasn't the only one baffled. Once we sat, our server was great, goodwas fine. Hopefully this was a fluke and not an overall state of the restaurant. Side note: As far as vegan options... thereare potatoes, fruit, Oatmeal too but I'm sure how it's prepared. Went on a Sunday morning. Had to wait roughly 15min for a table which was expected. Once we where seated we ordered our drinks... and food. We got our drinks but had to wait roughly 45 mins for our food. The food was good but some items where cold likethey had been sitting a while. They also forgot a few item but the waiter didn't come back for a long while basically everyonewas done eating by the time they came back with our missing items. We ended up getting everything we order it just took a longtime. Im sure we will come back at some point. Read more
While the hostess was doing everything she could for all the customers waiting to be seated, the restaurant chose to prioritize... to go and delivery service orders first. They wouldn't even allow the hostess to seat patrons until the to go orders werecompleted. I took 40 minutes for five mobile orders to get completed. We left without being seated, and got tacos instead. Read more
Unfortunately we came out to dinner with 3 kiddos and a baby. We waited almost an hour once our order was taken when the food... came out it was luke warm, dried out and they forgot the babies pancakes. The server never checked on our table or refilleddrinks. The staff was completely absent and when we were done she set the bill down and at that point we asked about ourpancakes where she stated "oh my gosh I thought she brought them out" and she went and got them they were Luke warm. This was a horrid experience. 3 booths next to us got their food before we did and they came in WAY after we did. At the 40... minute mark, I asked the waitress when we'd get our food and she said they're still making it. We ended up getting our foodabout 50 minutes after ordering. My omelet was made wrong and the eggs were dry like it sat on the grill for too long (also, itjust looked messy and gross). The iced coffee was bitter even though the menu says that it's naturally sweetened. And to topeverything off, when I went to pay, I was charged twice for 2 different amounts. I entered my first card, and it said declinedso I tried it again, and it said declined. I tried my second card and it said declined but I got an alert from my bank that itwas paid for $23.27. I checked my other account from the first card and it was charged $15.00. How is this even possible?! The waitress couldn't help so she took my info to have the manager call me. Of course he didn't call me so I had to waste timeto do it. This was absolutely awful. I completely understand all of the 1 star reviews now. We opted to hit this location instead of the ones in Everett to beat the trestle traffic coming east for a Thursday afternoon... commute. Im glad we did! There was no wait at this time. I am not sure but either this is a new location or under newmanagement because this was the cleanest and most Attentive ihop i have been to in a looong time. Our waiter was awesome, ithink his name was Rick, he made ua giggle, memorized our order well, kept me well stocked with lots of french vanilla creamerfor my coffee. My wife's steak was cooked up absolutely perfect the way she likes it. My favorite part of the meal was that itwasn't just slopped on the plates, it was presented well, and the portions were not overly huge, but just the right size. Theeggs were great and not rubbery. My crepe was amazing! We will definitely be back to this location again! Read more
