Giving one star reviews isn't something I like doing, but I have to give them when they're due. Customer service needs some... major improvement. I don't expect food workers to have a weird enthusiasm but it would be cool if they showed they cared aboutthe quality they give out. It's obvious the food sits in the warmer long past it's supposed to, the tacos arent crispy but limpinstead, the soda machine needs a good clean and occasional check to make sure they're not running low on their flavors, and theworkers seem to be more engaged in conversation vs putting their attention towards the customer for the time needed. I've beento several jack in the box locations and this location needs a lot of improvement in their quality; from the food, their timemanagement, and how they engage with the customer. Read more
Staff was super rude for drive through order. Coughed ?have a good day? and slammed the window in our face before completing our... order. We had to honk to get it completed. I will go to Taco Bell next time because they?ve never been that rude to me. Onlyreason I didn?t go to Taco Bell was because there was a truck blocking the drive through. I don't have high expectations for Jack in the Box, it is fast food after all. However, I do expect average customer service and... at least somewhat edible food. Unfortunately this location seems to be lacking in both. Their customer service is reminiscentof reluctant children being asked to do a chore. Their food clearly sits in the warmer too long and they are happy to servelukewarm, hard, food to customers. I'd recommend patronizing the other fast food restaurants nearby, or finding a different Jackin the Box. Read more
Wait 15mn for their fast food to get this nasty gross looking french fries. The employees refused to do anything with it... initially and did not apologize for their mistake. This place makes me not go to any Jack in Box any more. I just like to askthem if they would feed their children with these ? Read more
This location has only gone downhill since it opened. Todays meal has got to be the worst yet.. fires were cold(not even warm)... and tastes like char, looked as if they scrapped them off a grille. The Jumbo Jack sandwich was real sorry looking and like thefires.. Cold. Read more
I used to work at a fast food..specifically Burger King and if the oil was that bad I wouldn?t serve this to them. The oil is so... bad:( I understand what it?s like being understaffed and not being able to get things done when a rush starts or when someonedidn?t get their task done. It?s stressful. But the oil should never get this bad. Both tacos where so black/brown my mom got sodisgusted. She just threw them out. I never do reviews because I totally understand, but this just crossed the line for me:( Read more
I got 2 large fries, a 7 piece jalapeno poppers and 2 regular tacos and it came out to almost 20 bucks! Way tooo expensive for... fast food, didn't even get a burger... ???? The line took for...ever! About 15 minutes with 3 cars Infront of me, the food wasgood and service was alright. Just way to expensive and a bit of a wait in line. Read more
