Cleanliness. I get feeling like you need to wear a mask but touching your mask non-stop with your gloved hands, touching... unsanitary items and so on requires you change gloves to maintain sanitary conditions. I stood in line watching repeated maskadjustment with gloved hands and waited for those gloves to get swapped. Instead I watched all the food get touched with them. Ihad to walk out. I just can't. Having to wait for almost an hour for an online order of 4 sandwiches is ridiculous . Placed online order and arrived at the... store 30mins later and waited 20mins in-store ! None of sandwiches were labeled! Read more

During Covid, their online ordering process and food was 5 stars. Last 3 times ordered, 15 min late on the online order at... least. The older gentleman employee who cooks the hot subs is great, cashier indifferent. I'll leave at 3 stars and won't bespending my time trying again. Read more

Bread was stale and gross. When I asked for everything the worker in a very condescending tone says so mikes way and proceeds to... not put everything on. Left off mayo, pickles, jalapeños, and pepperoncini. So no!!! Not Mikes way. Everything like I askedfor. Read more

Love this place. I'm from NJ and can't get a decent cheese steak anymore Jersey Mike's delivers what I need. I never went to one... when I lived in NJ since every corner pizza place has great cheese steaks. The place is clean and modern if you never had apeanut butter tasty cake ( from Philadelphia) you should buy one. The staff is nice and on point with your order. My slice ofhome in Snohomish love this place this is the location I regular. Read more
