First off, I never write reviews and if I could give a zero I would. This is by far the worst McDonald?s. Iv given it multiple... chances but seeing 50 percent of the menu out of stock, and only giving me 7 outta 10 of my kids nuggets and my Big Mac beingupside down in the box lol, this is the last chance. Ill go all the way to Granite Falls or down to Marysville next time (ifownership is different) next time! Multiple times I?ve spent 30 min+ in the Drive-through line. Lobby is closed 90 percent ofthe time and when its opened, it?s filthy. I just had a staff member take my order with his dirty work shoes in one hand typingon the screen with the other. The staff is never visibly trying to provide good service. Lots of standing around. It?s obviousthe manager has no control of this store or is never there. If I were the owners of this store I would serious look into thisplace. I see so many people leaving because the line is so slow. This is a very busy area of Lake Stevens and you are loosingserious money. Read more

It breaks my heart writing negative reviews but this one is well warranted. Take heed of this review and all the other 1 star... reviews, just go to Wendy's instead. Lake Stevens McDonald's is quite possibly the worst fast food location I have ever gottento know. I have been burned here more times than I can count. This location desperately needs help. Between the incredibly longwait times, receiving other people's orders, having my orders made incorrectly, lobby hours always being incorrect so you neverknow if you'll get there before closing, ordering online to wait anywhere from 20-60 minutes or flat out not getting my foodwith no way to get a refund, standing around the lobby without being able to get help, etc etc etc. This location honestly usedto be good but it has become a dumpster fire; this isn't to say you can't have a good experience here, it's just more thanlikely you wont. Save your time and money and go somewhere else. The only positive I can see is the window workers are usuallypolite. Otherwise this place sucks. Ordered some happy meals at dinner time for the kids thinking this should be quick and easy. Quite the opposite happened with... the food arriving an hour later than expected due to incredibly long drive thru lines. Half the order was missing which left mestill needing to get food for dinner. This will be my last order at this location. ???? Read more

Legit the worst McDonald?s, every time the drive through takes almost an hour. My daughters chicken nuggets in her happy meal,... was just hot sauce. No nuggets. Who puts hot sauce in a kids happy meal and no food. Reached out to the store, never heard back. Read more

This McDonald's used to be the best location around. Lately, though, I have been waiting 15+ minutes just between paying for my... order and picking it up. Their actual lobby and drive thru hours are NEVER posted online anymore. Are they open? Who knows Read more

HORRIBLE! worst one we?ve been to yet! The service is Ridiculously slow and while we waited 35 minutes to get our MOBILE ORDER... (that said it was ready to pick up, but that?s neither here nor there I guess) we listened as each employee just talked abouthow they wanted to get fired so they really don?t care.. never again. Restaurant cannot find a way to staff properly. Closing their lobby constantly has turned into an easy band-aid for that... management team. It is no longer possible to eat hot fresh McDonald's in Lake Stevens unless you eat it in your car. Completelyunacceptable. I will not Be returning. Read more

Pulled up and the drive through line was around the corner so we decided to order online as it said we could pick it up via... curbside or in store. After finishing our order it told us curbside was not available but we could pick it up in store or in thedrive through. The line was still around the corner so we decided to wait 10 minutes then go inside. We tried to go inside andthe door was locked, no lobby access. Now 25 minutes after the original order was placed and paid for we were forced to get inthe massive line. We finally make our way to the ordering monitor and the employee said he could not find our order even thoughit showed on our app that it was the correct location and fully processed/paid for(30 minutes prior) at this point we werefrustrated and just wanted to give up and go home so we left the drive through. We found that we could not cancel our order anddid not want to waste the money we had spent so decided to try the line again now that is had been 40 minutes since we orderedand surely it must be ready. We waited in the even longer line now and finally make our way to the pick up window where theyagain could not find our order. (Even though the employee at the monitor told us to pull forward and pick it up) we waited againwhile they remade our order after looking at our online receipt to see what items we had only for them to forget half of it andwe went home missing half of what we had paid for. This whole process from placing the order to driving away with half our foodtook an hour. You could say I?m a little annoyed. Would have put 0 stars if it had let me. Read more
