The employees are so very good! But dark roast was not good at all. Tastes like it was very burnt. Yucky
This Starbucks constantly makes the drinks incorrectly and when brought to the baristas attention, they just claim that the... customer is wrong or just ignore them altogether. This has occurred on numerous occasions. It is by far the worst Starbucksexperience. Read more

We went to order a Granda apple cider and something in a Vente size. The large man behind the counter was rude when we asked for... a plain apple cider. He didnt understand why we would want a cold cup of apple juice. No. We want a hot cup of apple ciderwithout all the caramel and sugar added. It was back and forth for a min before I was like, you know what, give me the caramelone so it's less confusing. Then my husband went to order some giant syrupy Vente drink. The guy says he cant make that becausethey dont have that cup size. Only a bigger one or a smaller one. We asked him if he could just put it in the larger cup. Hesaid he couldnt while his coworker was trying to tell him He could. I understand being new to the job, but this guy was straightup trying to be a prick. He needs to not work in customer service. I'm not a big starbucks fan, but they make good frappes. I think it's really good marketing to have a starbucks inside a Target... though. Kudos to Starbucks. Read more

I debated for a while on whether to give them 1 or 5 stars, for the most eerie rip out of reality I've ever experienced inside a... Target. This is our conversation, me and the Starbucks employee, who from here on I'll refer to as SE, and OP will stand forme, original poster. Here's our conversation word for word: SE: "Hello! What can I get started for you?" OP: "Can I have aniced grande black tea, no sweetener?" SE: "Sure! *Writes stuff on the cup* that's gonna come out to (the price) OP: Ok,thanks! This is when the employee walks over to start the drink, and I'm getting ready to pay. I walk over to the drop off, andget my drink. The cup has my name written on it. The cup has my name written on it? The cup has my name written on it! We neverexchanged one, single, word about my name at any time during any of the transaction. I don't have a name tag, I paid cash, Ididn't recognize them at all, and I sure as heck never spoke my name out loud. How did they know my name?!?!?!?!?! Read more
