11-9-21 1215pm Had the day off decided to eat at this Subway in old Lake Stevens by Jay's Market. Bought 2 sandwiches for... myself and a friend. I asked to use the restroom and they said someone was in it. I had all day so I waited and waited andwaited. Just needed to wash my hand.. No one ever came out and the two persons behind the counter kept looking at me as if itwas a joke between them how long it would take me to leave. Which I finally did. If your restrooms are not open to the publicjust say so. I don't care but if the are then why couldn't I have used them that day. Or maybe your hire immature employeesthat hints its funny to have customer stand around. Last time I will eat here. Read more
Ive spent the last year delivering to help keep restaurants afloat so they dont go out of business and as soon as the world... reopens delivery people are relegated to 2nd class citizens. When an order is placed at 11:40 and the restaurant waits till12:30 to start the order and its 7 subs and then you wait for the next 30 mins because the guy behind the counter goes as slowas possible slowly cutti g the bread triple checking the receipt and generally not caring that because hes taking so longcustomers are wondering if there ever gonna be served i will never spend my money here. I was going to make an online order, unfortunately it wasn?t working. I come into the store, stood there patiently for about 15... minutes, because the online ordering wasn?t working for me. After I had been there for 15 minutes, they hadn?t asked me what Iwould like, and instead of serving the people in store they stopped serving people and four people were working on onlineorders. I asked when they would be able to take my order and the girl working glared at me and very rudely replied we are busyand continues to ignore me so I walked out. Read more
First time back to Subway in over a year. They have social distancing and chairs lined up to keep people a little further away... from the window and the food. Everything else is still the same. Fast, friendly service and really good food made the way youwant it. Read more
