Food is always good, but it's the wait time to get the food. The past 2 trips I've done, start and finish of me getting in line... and getting food has been over a hour, which defeats the purpose of fast food. Once I got to the window, I waited for 10 minutesbefore I got my food. I will no longer be going to this location unless there is no line. I don't know if it's a personnel issuewhich is more than likely the case, or just getting the food out in a timely manner, but if you see at least 4 cars in li ebefore you order, expect to be there a hour. If im delivering or buying. These guys either have manager who doesnt pay attention but after 9pm, There lacking and the wait... time is garbage. I want to give some business in all just not acceptable. I have respect for customer service and waiting, buteverytime its outrageous. Hire some late night people. Or close at 10pm. Who cares if you close at 10pm atleast you still willbe ablr to keep some employees. . But loosing alot of customers. All these negative reviews.what does it really take . .. They offer grab and go service thought the app but don?t actually have it. Ended up wasting 10 minutes to find this out after... they took my money and then still had to wait through the drive though. Ordered 2 boxes and all the food was dumped into the bagwith the chips dumped out everywhere. After getting my order, they missed one of the main items. Had wait though the drivethough again. This used to be a good store but over last two years has gone downhill sharply. Store closed randomly at unusual times of day... with nothing posted on store or website. Drive thru is usually 10-16 cars long when they ARE actually open with about 30 mintime to window. They are also a frachise which means they wont carry your favorite new menu items as i was informed by theemployee when i recently used drive through to order the new 2 dollar burrito being advertised. On the whole i will usuallydrive 3 miles to the next nearest Taco Bell when I have a craving. Read more

Ridiculous wait times. Why bother even getting fast food if it takes longer than if I sat in an actual restaurant? This location... should be completely closed until they can hire an actual team of employees because this is incredibly bad business practice atbest.
