They were busy, under staffed and an older lady at the counter that was likely a newer employee. They kept their composure with... a smile and i felt like i was at a good restaurant not a fasr food place. These days its hard to find friendly service for aquick lunch. They we're busy I get that, but the manager totally ignored the people in the lobby. I waited 40 minutes just to order my food... and all they were catering to was the drive thru. Never ever have I had such an issue at this location. I will think twicenextime! Read more
At first I was fuming mad. We grabbed our bag and took off quickly heading down to the lake park to picnic, only to look in the... bag....Jeep dude behind us in line, we got your refried beans and mexi frys with chips and taco. Buddy I totally ate yourlunch, and I'll tell you what, I didn't miss my fish soft taco at all. I might just break the mold and branch out next time intoa whole side of beans thing. Thanks Jeep guy. Drive through gal was sweet. But my burrito was pretty cold. The tortilla it was wrapped in was cold as well. I understand I... went around 9pm so not everything is probably the freshest. But as a pregnant lady who had a big time craving for one of my mostfavorite nostalgic meals I was pretty disappointed. Idk it looks like there have been a few reviews about the food temperaturesnot being warm enough. It may be worth just giving the kitchen a walk through with upper management to make sure all of theequipment is on the correct temperature settings. My burrito deserves two stars but the tater tots somewhat made up for it soI?m just giving three stars for that. Read more
I had not been here before and it is great. Had fish tacos and the were huge and so tasty but I am planning to go back to order... shrimp tacos, the pictures looked yummy. The line for the drive through was busy so I went in and glad I did. The guy there wasnew but very friendly and helpful even though they were busy. I don't eat a lot of fast food but trying to check out allbusinesses in my area and very glad I went here. Read more
My crispy bean burrito was soggy . And my tots were cold. I asked for light ice in my lemonade because I don't like a lot of... ice. And my cup was 3 fourths full of ice. The kid tried giving me sprite that I didn't order. I don't drink soda that's why itordered lemonade. It just seems like we pay more for a meal, and get unsatisfactory service. The kid was nice... but the foodwas awful. I actually want to give zero stars. But it made me give one. Read more
