Ordered fish and chips and a Reuben sandwich with thousand island dressing on the side. The reuben sandwich had to be made by a... employee who hates their job or a 4-year-old that knows how to use a microwave. I noticed immediately the sandwich was madehaphazardly. Picking up the sandwich and bread on one side is totally soaking wet and falling apart. I open up the sandwich andthe sauerkraut and meat are piled in one single area in the center of the bread leaving the rest of the sandwich empty. Iimmediately had to spread around the sauerkraut and then take the meat apart discarding what have been microwaved because it wastoo hard to eat. And then rearrange the meat put the sandwich back together with my own bread and placed it in a cast ironskillet. I asked for a thousand island dressing on the side, it was not there. I asked for zucchini I got broccoli. They did notput the broccoli in a separate container. Although I doubt it was the moisture from the broccoli that caused the bread to bewet. Read more
Don't get here often because it is usually crowded. Today was not bad. Some items are a little pricey, but they have some very... good deals on the Lunch menu which make things more affordable. Had great service and the food was excellent. Read more
As someone who works at a restaurant I believe this service was unacceptable. Being seated wasn?t an issue, but how are you... gonna put us in such a small area with a group of five. Getting drinks wasn?t an issue either but when it came to refills, ittook a long while to get them. Like I said as someone who works at a restaurant, if you see a empty cup, ask if the customerneeds a refill or just grab one without asking. We had to ask our waitress more than once for the refills, basically hunting herdown. Now it comes to the food, FOOD MUST COME OUT ALL TOGETHER! Not 30-45 minutes after half of the food had been taken out.We came to eat as a family, not separate. Not even that, the chicken wings were rocked hard, the chicken thumbs were hard anddry as well, nachos weren?t the best, hardly any cheese, and the buffalo wrap just came out really late. My plate on the otherhand was just plan out awful, my whole plate was cold. When I Address the server , she preceded to tell me it just came out,food does not come out cold. I ordered the surf and turf which I normally love, but the shrimp was dry and plan out nasty, mysteak made my stomach hurt instantly, and my fries, I didn?t even bother. I?m not blaming the server because I understand thejob is difficult and mistakes happen but the back need to do better. Ordered a Buffalo chick wrap with Fr pickles Togo and this is what I got. As you can see the wrap isn't even edible, the fries... were all stuck together and tasted old. My fr pickles were nothing but air batter. I was very disappointed and couldn't even eatit. Instead of eating a great dinner, I'm now eating cereal :( Read more

I had to put a star or it would truly be zero. Why? 1. Menu has "Mediterranean Chicken Salad" on 2 for $22 menu (even... advertised on TV) and my Wife and i ordered that. Upon ordering, the Waitress told us that she had to see if they had GreekDressing first..... they had it, and she called it "lucky" for us. She then said that they stopped ordering Greek Dressing andsend their staff to store for dressing..??? On your TV Advertised Special Beef O Bradys? Then The Salads came out (my mothergot it too, so 3 Salads) and we were told "Sorry, but we are out of Feta" now the tally is 2 ingredients missing fromMediterranean Staple Ingredients of a Med. Salad. 2. The Salad that my plate was Served on had a chip on the side of it whichis a Health Code Violation (pictured in photos) 3. With the combo, my Wife and I chose the Buffalo Fries as the App. Pictureshowed Fries with Buffalo Sauce and Ranch drzzled on the top. Fries were served with only Buffalo Sauce. This is the Cook'sJob of course, but if i am the Waitstaff, i notice that upon receiving food from Grill and Correct it before serving to myvalued customers. This points to Mgmt. (We'll get there) The photo shows the Ranch that i Drizzled on after the Waitress wentback to Cooks to get it. 4. I had to approach the Kitchen Staff because we couldnt locate our Waitress, after we had asked for4 paper wrappers with silverwear in there, and we were only brought 2. 4 people = 4 silverware sets. We ate outside because of social distancing wore masks and server/waitress Chelsea did as well. Our party of six got simple... orders and a few drinks. Both seemed to take longer than normal to arrive. Had Cobb salad, food seemed average, hey it?s asports bar and we were grateful for the availability of outside dining. No one complained about the food except a niece, she ateevery bite though. Plenty of parking and on main Lake Whales highway. Read more
