Waited 25 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers w no onions or pickles. I was calm . Dude in the window made himself an Oreo ice cream (I... didn't think those things worked) when I finally got my food , fries were rubber and cold and how about these jokers COVERED myburgers with onions and pickles. If you place an order through the app for this location and they accept your order and process your payment but then tell you... they actually don?t have what you ordered, don?t do as they say and request a refund through the app. All that?ll happen is yourrequest will go ignored by the GM Stacey Davis until you contact corporate for a third time regarding the issue and youmagically get a call from Stacey the next day, during which he?ll state that the only option for you to receive a refund is tophysically visit that same location again and get your refund in cash, the very thing they claim they can?t do during theinitial visit, because their ?machines aren?t capable of processing credit card refunds.? Don?t waste your time with theseclowns, just dispute the charge through your credit card company and be done with it. Read more

They have the slowest service for FAST FOOD I have ever seen. The burgers always dry and taste burnt. I got stuck in drive thru... the other day. Line was wrapped around the entire building because of one car. And rather than have that car park and thecustomer go inside to resolve their issue they just say there so I called the store cause I only get a 30 minute lunch and hadalready been waiting half that. And I told them I been waiting in line for 15 minutes for just one burger and small fry and thegirl responded to me with maybe you should go somewhere else to eat.
