I stood there today and had to wait for both of the employees to talk to a man about his coupon discount and I?m not sure why it... took both of them. Then when She took my order my steak sub had less than normal amount of meat on it. I ask for a large drinkhoping for sweet tea and I had to let them know it was empty and they wanted me to wait 12 minutes to make more so I selectedsprite instead and it had two much carbonated water in it So I ask for my money back for the sprite and left never to returnagain. Order was online & when we showed to pick up it was being prepared & wrong I tried to tell the maker but she was not hearing me... ???? when I double checked the receipt I ordered correctly & she made it wrong & when I asked her to fix it this was dine to myfood. (Picture attached.) Read more
I am giving this Subway 5 Stars because of 1 employee, whose name I shamefully do not remember. She was working on Saturday,... February 18, 2022, around 3:30 - 4 pm when I stopped in, starving of course, and ordered a tuna footlong. You may ask yourselfwhy I give this joint a 5 star rating, just because of the performance of 1 employee. My answer to that is because she was theonly employee that made it to work this afternoon.. With more grace, and manners than I have seen in a long while, she explainthat they were very short staffed at this time, she was the only 1 there to take care of everything, and asked myself, and theother customers to please be patient with her and she would get us took care of right away. With those words she began to turnoff the oh so annoying beepers to the ovens and other timed out equipment, took orders, began making sandwiches for all, cashingus out out with well wishes to each one, and never once complained or blamed anyone, she smiled and giggled the entire time shewas taking such care of us all, orders were correct, food bins stocked, nothing burnt, restaurant cleaned, tables wiped, floorsswept, all the while smiling, not complaining, not assigning blame, , with not a hint of rudeness in her voice. Boss man - Igive your joint 5 stars because of this young lady, and I hope to hear upon my return, that she was rewarded for her loyalty,superb attitude, and perseverance under less than perfect (way less than perfect) circumstances - like a really nice raise wouldbe great. So I live down the road from this establishment and desired to go get an Italian sub. Not the first but yes my last time going... there. One of the staff members was so rude and had an attitude for every question she asked about what I wanted in my sub. Withstaff like that I rather go take the drive and go to the subway on HW 27. I gave 1 star because not all of them were rude. But Iwill not go back there again. They just shouldn't have people working there like that. Read more
