Staff are very rude and extremely disrespectful, very loud and dirty. They have good food but horrid service. I waited over 40 mins in the drive thru for my frosty to sit in the window and melt.... They did one car at a time in the drive thru. I asked for ketchup packets at the window and got 2! Seriously? When I got homeand checked my food they had messed it up! I asked for no mayo on my burger and there was mayo. I asked for ketchup on mychicken sandwich, there was none. I used to work in fast food. It's not that hard to follow directions. Read more
Excited to try french toast sticks. I loved them when they were offered back in the day. But very disappointed ???? they made... their own toast. I could not taste the egg and cinnamon of the "Frenchness" and then cut a piece of toast into 4 slices anddropped them into oil. They overcooked 4 slices ( very dark brown)and the other two would have had a good apearance (lightbrown) except all of them were fried in an oil that was not hot enough and the bread was saturated with the ?oil taste. This location used to be the better of the 2 local Wendy's but the quality has been dropping for some time now. The app doesn't... connect to the store for orders to go through, nor can you seem to use the discounts/coupons from the app at the register. Thedining area is often left a mess and the drink machine is often dirty with many drink options unavailable. The staff is usuallyin good spirits at least, often talking, joking, and even dancing amongst each other. That seems to come at a cost, however, asthe urgency and attentiveness toward customers and their orders feels to be of secondary importance to the staff and management. Read more

Mistakes were made. I think they had a problem with the orders and their computers tonight. The lady at the window was asking... the other workers for a pen to write the orders. The person in front of me ordered bland sandwiches, and I think my grilledchicken sandwiches were confused with the order of the person in front of me. I was on my way home when I bit into my sandwichand realized it was dry. No lettuce, no tomato, no mayo, and/or whatever else. I'm still gonna eat but I paid a bit too much forjust chicken in a bun.
