Like to know how does this Burger King stay in business when it doesn't open up on time and the employees ignore you?
Hair in sandwich. Wrong drink. No straw. No napkins. No sauce. (Uber Eats order so I couldn?t double-check the bag.)
The service here is terrible. Especially the drive through. He kept getting my order wrong and when i went to go pay, my total... was 22 and i gave him a 20 and said put the rest on the card. Its a good thing i checked my receipt because not only did hecharge everything on my card but he wasnt even going to give me the 20 back. Read more
Tonight, this Bk had the worst service, no one was taking orders and we waited in line for 15+ minutes until we could pull up to... the window to order up there instead. In the process of taking our order we mentioned one thing and they responded with thetotal immediately after but i still had other things to add and again she stated the total after everything i added, until iwas done with my order. She even rolled her eyes and mouthed something under her breath!! This is unprofessional andunreasonable to do this since she had me and every other customer in line(8+cars) waiting outside and once we pulled up it tookfive minutes for her to come to the window with her headphones in her hand and she tossed them on the desk, ignoring everyone inthe drive thru. Yes,she probably wasn't in the mood but still she has the responsibility to accommodate and communicate withpeople in the drive thru or have someone else taking orders if she needs a minute to herself but she should not be rolling eyesand giving attitude when I was nice to her and even saying "please" and 'thank you." I've had good experiences here in thepassed but tonight really disappointed my view of Burger King because of it's customer service along with it being short staffedand it being disorganized. I SPECIFICALLY ordered 10 Spicy Nuggets NOT 8. The other 2 nuggets were regular. Get my order right next time.
In a very unbusy drive-thru, we watched our order being layed out and then it just sat there getting cold whilst the server... waited and waited and waited for the real disaster of the evening, which was my "crispy" (haha) chicken sandwich. After a shortdrive home, we tucked in to a luke-warm small burger (for my wife), luke-warm, soggy fries, luke- warm, greasy onion rings andthe star of the show: my soggy chicken sandwich, which was fairly warm by comparison but utterly disgusting in every otherway. Burger King as a company has a serious problem on their hands with this chicken sandwich and I doubt it will be on theirmenu for much longer. Calling it "Royal" is a real insult to monarchies the world over. Read more
