Ordered to go. Really enjoyed the half order of Texas Fries and the Honey Chipotle Chicken Crispers, which was surprising to me... since I don't typically enjoy Chilis much, but my girlfriend wanted it. She also enjoyed her meal, some new chicken bowl Iforget the name of. The service, as has been typical in my experience with this location for to go, was pretty poor. I waitedso long in the car that I went inside to grab my own food From the prepared shelf and brought it out myself because no one wasthere to tell me otherwise. This particular location is bustling and service is amazing! The food was also really good and warm when served. I wish chili?s... in general brings back the two for $20 deal where there was a drink, great choice of appetizers (like the Texas fries), twomeals, and a choice of dessert. Read more

Wonderful staff, fun and funny. Nice energy environment. Good is outstanding. Steak is surprisingly high quality. Chef perfectly... cooked my steak to My Requested "rare, closer to blue but warm please." I don't expect perfection; but they gave it to me. Wouldrecommend Read more

Bad attitudes, and no customer service skills. Got there at 4:25 pm on Saturday, and no welcome at all from staff. After 10... minutes, the people in front of us decided to leave. We then decided to try the bar area because there were people seated there,but the bar tender came out of the back and told us she couldn't come from behind the counter to serve us, and to just bepatient and wait for someone to seat us. Then it got weird! We stood there and noticed that there were people (staff) in theback on their cell phones. I caught one of them glancing out at the dining room, and going right back to her cell phone. Now 15minutes in, that same staff member decided to follow the group out that was carrying food to the one table with people. Shemade her way to us, putting her cell phone away, and asked how we were doing. I pointed out that the people ahead of us justleft because they grew tired of waiting. "Good, we don't need them anyway. Glad they left." she stated. After insisting that wesit in her section, I decided that we follow suit with the people before us, and leave too.
