Service was okay. Ordered a salad bowl with babocoa. I had to ask for the rest of the meat as the person behind the counter... put maybe a tablespoon of meat. Paying 11 for the bowl should get sufficient meat. My husband ordered 3 tacos and had to askfor the rest of the meat also. He got about a tablespoon between all three. They cannot even get the tea straight. They hadthe sweet tea and unsweetened mixed up. Will have to drive to a different location further from home. Read more

Friendly workers, portions seemed a little small, and the chicken was a little tough. Maybe because it's a new location and they... haven't gotten into their groove.. Still love Chipotle tho. Read more

It was ok, we were there around 430ish and it was pretty empty. Nothing was just freshly made, everything was just sitting out... so you already know. I also felt like for it being so slow it could've been kept up a bit better. Overall everything was OKnothing special, I've definitely been to better Chipotles. Read more

Is it just me that no matter which Chipotle I go to the food is never piping hot just warm and service is just ok. Like why is... that really? I want my food hot not luke warm. Stop with the half scoop portions please when you know it's suppose to be a fullscoop. Serve me full price scoops cause that's what I'm paying for if I want extras I'll pay for it with no problems. Most unfriendly chipotle staff. The girl checking out got annoyed when we asked for 7 waters (we?re a family of 7) Then looked... at my daughter and said, are you actually going to put water in those?! EXCUSE ME! Rude! No wonder this particular chipotle wasempty. Do better Read more

I have gone to this location a few times since they have opened, each time hoping the experience would be better but it never... is. I have done pick up twice and each time they gave me the wrong food. How can you not know the difference between chickenand steak? The first time it happened I requested a manager to call me back , well it?s now months later and I?m still waiting.After the last wrong order I said let me try in store and that wasn?t any better, each time they have over charged me. One timethe manager tried to tell me that I was wrong until I showed them how much I usually pay when I order on the app. After he fixedthe price he tried to tell me I was putting my card in wrong, when it was the cashier that wasn?t doing the transactioncorrectly. Over all, like everyone else said I would rather drive to a further location then to ever go here again. Corporatereally needs to investigate the manager because this is the only location I have ever been to that I have had this type ofexperience at, several times in a row. Read more

Edit: This location seems to have gotten it together since my original review. Everyone seems very friendly and efficient... now. Staff is new and inexperienced which is understandable but I overheard the assistant manager say, ?The customer is alwayswrong!? In front of a line full of people while instructing her staff on how to deal with a customer request. Very nice. Pleasefocus on getting your location up and running and having all the basic ingredients available for my burrito and less socialcommentary. Read more
