I have never been in the position to have to do this considering I?ve been going to this store for over 8 years, however I was... met with the worst experience at the hands of Gabe N. He was nasty, rude, belittling, and much more. He was very short with thecustomers before me but when I ordered a mine and the Carmel jar was not spitting out much Carmel and I stated hey not much cameout can you add a little more if possible please , he rolled his eyes then added it at check out he tried to charge me for anextra mix in, however that wasn?t the case (considering Carmel was apart of the order he just didn?t put much) so I asked whyand he said it was extra. I asked how and I wish he informed me of this before, he started considering I?ve been going there foryears and that?s never been the case, I was speaking low and asked what could be done should I have it remade and he got loud,to grab attention of others and I kept speaking low, he started stating other things that had nothing to do with the situationat hand, talked about other store not being as good as him, I was so appalled I was thinking about leaving until he called themanager and rectified it but he still spoke so horribly after that as well as laughed in my face. I walked away verydisrespected and distraught, I?m still in disbelief at such a horrible experience at the hands of Gabe. Read more

I had the displeasure of having Zoe serve me. She was so distracted by her friends that she didn?t acknowledge that I was next... in line, her coworker had to let her know that I was next. The service felt rushed which I believe was so she can go serve herfriends. I?m extremely disappointed and she has to be reminded that she?s at work not at a social gathering. Read more

Have been coming here since it opened and never had a problem until today. I get the same thing every time with the same price.... Today I was charged for 4 extra add ons. Turning a $20 tub (which is already ridiculous but I understand) into a $25 tub. And itwasn?t filled to the top. Do better. Read more

The employees were great and very friendly. They recommended several different combinations, offered to swap certain toppings... for another, and gave really nice portions. I am a very very happy customer. Five stars. I?ll be back again very very soon???????? Read more

Beware of ordering for delivery....I ordered the GOTTA HAVE IT size (shown on the right - my husbands order that he got from... another Coldstone in-store the night before) and I got whats on the left! Such a shame. I love Coldstone but I had to get in mycar and drive to the store (voiding the delivery request to begin with) and they had to make more ice cream to fill the propersize that was ordered. They corrected their mistake without delay but its a shame really. I expect what I pay money for. Read more

I ordered a cake in the shop. When I came to pick up, the message on the cake was wrong. The employee had the order form WITH... THE CORRECT requested MESSAGE. I was offered another cake which was noticeably smaller -even the employee and abystander/customer agreed. I said I would take the wrong cake because I did not want the smaller cake at the price for theoriginal cake HOWEVER I expected a price adjustment for the incorrect message. Managers refused price adjustment for cake withthe wrong message and for noticeably smaller cake ('labeled large'). I requested a refund. I paid with my credit card but refundwas only given in cash. How odd? People carry debit/ credit cards for cashless transactions but Cold Stone only gives refunds incash. At least the employee was nice and understanding about the entire thing. Not looking to return to any CS. Overrated. TheManagers receive ZERO stars. Chris for his effort and patience granted them the ONE star. Read more
