3rd time at this location. Got the wrong order again today and staff tells me that its my fault for grabbing wrong order that... was HANDED to me. My order is consistently not ready OR just grew legs and walked out the door. Staff avoids eye contact andcustomer service. They Didnt even ask about my order after standing there for 15 minutes. I went in through the drive thru and there was no line and I ordered 2 hash browns. I got my hash browns and when I got home to... eat them, they were ice cold. As if they were taken out of the fridge and left to thaw. I don?t understand why this would happenconsidering there were no customers inside or in the drive thru, so they were clearly not busy. I am pretty sad considering thiswas my go to Dunkin. Read more

Jonathan is a great employee and was able to make my experience at this dunkin better than any other experience since I was sad... the French cruller was discontinued, but he had a solid understanding of the menu and was able to cure my sadness with great newdonut recommendations. Read more

This is the WORST Dunkin Donuts ever. Do not waste your time and money here. I was there today around 4:30 p.m. and ordered 2... hot coffees and donut, the coffees were literally just a little bit of warm not hot. I believe the girl at the window did it onpurpose probably put more milk or even some ice in it. Why I believe this because I was waiting in drive through for minutessince no one said anything, at least an hello or welcome to DD etc. and no other cars in the drive through, I moved down to thewindow and tried to give my order, but this young girl opened the window with a very bad attitude against me and seemed didn'twant to take my order. I know all Dunkin Donuts have some issues with their services, but this one is the WORST one I have everexperienced. Read more

I don't like giving bad reviews, so I'll just say to management, pls train staff to be cognizant of food prep. Had my first... takeout coffee since the shutdown of 2020 here! My latte was a decent cup of brew, the plain donut soft and yummy. Awesome!Hence the 2 stars. Sadly I will not eat the chicken/bacon crossaint sandwich I ordered. I'm not a typical blogger and I don'tlike giving bad reviews, so I'll just say to management, pls train staff to be cognizant of food prep. Read more

Tuesday p.m. at 5:30 J and then I stopped at the Dunkin Donuts at Lantana and 441 in Lake Worth Florida. My little boy wanted a... sandwich. As we approached the store we saw the sign that I have attached to this post. We then saw the sign and several morelocations in various places throughout the store. It talks about an afternoon deal does not give a start date. The afternoondeal was from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m. We were interested in the 2.99 sandwich. When I went to the register the young boy at theregister told me he could not do it that it was not put into the register at that point. I ask for the manager. The assistantmanager came to the register and she was a young teenage girl. 5 foot long brown hair in a ponytail. she said that they were nothonoring it because it did not start yet and her manager told her they could not do it. I had a whole discussion with her aboutthe fact that it is principal and they're advertising it all over the store and there's no start date listed on the poster sothey need to honor it. She absolutely refused I asked her to call them and she gave me an attitude and called someone who knowsif it was a manager she said that he was on the phone I think his name was David but I am not sure as she would not give me hername nor the manager's name and she told me that they would not honor it and the manager said no. I continue to tell her thatthat was ridiculous and that any store if they advertise.. they need to honor it. She refused to give me her name or themanager's name. She also said I can't believe you're getting upset over a few Donuts. Hello I wasn't in there for the donutsthank you very much it was the sandwich deal and it's the principle of it. I took pictures of all the signs and I calledcorporate.
