This bar is amazing. The food was delicious. We tried the perfect storm and mac and cheese burger was well flavored. The... waitress were friendly and attentive. The only thing I didn?t understand was why we had white wings when we requested extracrispy wings. Honestly, it was well cooked inside of it. Update: gave them a second chance and ordered again?.order was still wrong. This place just can?t get it right. Ordered for... delivery. Most of the order was wrong. Ordered a honey pecan chicken salad and a totally different salad arrived. An inediblehouse salad. Ordered 10 wings and paid for extra sauce?none of the sauce arrived. Mmm dry wings. Called the restaurant and spokewith Alyssa who when I let her know what happened, first argued with me that she packed the sauce herself. I corrected her andlet her know she packed the blue cheese but none of the wing sauce. And then she remarked ?well I don?t know want you want me todo about it??. I didn?t necessarily need anything special as I made sure I received a refund from the delivery app however..acting like she cared would?ve been nice. Food wasn?t anything special and service was horrible- wouldn?t come back. The server wasn?t attentive at all- didn?t even... bother to take everyone?s order & I had to go to the bar to get our utensils. She complained she was ?busy? - yet we saw herleaning against the wall doing nothing. It took her 30 minutes just to get waters while all of the other servers were runningCIRCLES around her. Terrible service, for 5-6 weeks, on Saturdays, my daughter and I came to have dinner and listen to live music. From time to... time, I did not have a clear attitude towards the waiters, I had to wait for the menu, until I asked for it myself, the waitersmet with the appearance that we did not have taste. For a significant amount I ordered a double portion, the waiter went to thebar, the bartender poured whiskey, the waiter told the bartender that the whiskey was too small for a double portion, to whichthe bartender waved his hand. I watched it from the side. When the waiter brought me a drink, I said that there weredefinitely not two servings, the waiter returned to the bartender and she poured more. Today was the last straw of my patience,because of the loud music, the waiter did not hear what I want to order, when I asked to wait closer, the waiter does not hidehis displeasure. I will not come to this place again, although it is a pity, the food has always been excellent, I loved thisplace because of the live music and conveniently placed food at home. Read more
Friday March 19th. Today we came back! The fries are interesting we had to re-order them because the were super soggy and cold.... The second batch not much better just warmer, but to me the tasted double fried and tons of grease in the dish. Not a Fav forus! Friday Night guy Vic singing was very cool entertainment. The waitress was very nice and we've had her twice now. I had thehurricane drink it wasn't to bad. We order from the appetizer menu it was pretty good. Shrimp tacos and a side of bacon and a sriracha glazed Brussel sprouts very nicely done but not the best I have had needed a... couple extra min of crispness. Ahi tuna salad on the table was good. Wings always great but always fried. A good late nightdinner spot. Read more
Edit: changing my review to 1 star ? emailed the receipt same day Hurricane Dockside responded and it?s been over a week with... not even a response. Won?t be coming here again! Very disappointed today. Was looking forward to my wings and come to realize,there were no sauces or celery in my to-go order. So, I had salty wings. Shame on me for not checking at the restaurant, butthey?re service has gone down. Read more
