The ice cream here is good and they have great pastries. I have been here a few times whenever I visit family in Florida. Im... giving one star due to the rude customer service. After getting a scope of the cappuccino chip I was looking for my aunt who wasin the aisle considering to buy the brittle pastry. While looking for her one of the girls at the counter gave me a nasty lookas if I was going to walk out the store without paying. I was just looking for my aunt. Then I made eye contact with the girlwho gave me that dirty look. Then, the other girl who had taken out my ice cream walked towards me saying rudely oh the registeris over there. So after my aunt decided to not buy the brittle we walked to the register and paid. I just didn?t like thatcustomer service because I always pay for what I order. To think I?m walk out without paying is an insult to me and I also feltoffended because I was one of the only people of color in the store so I felt targeted. But it?s cool when I come visit Floridaagain I will not step foot in here. I go to many ice creams places in NYC where I?m from and I never encountered this problem. Iwas just looking for my aunt. This is some great ice cream. I have noticed that the couple of Kilwin's I have been to are close to the beach. That's awesome.... Lots of choices on chocolates and ice cream. Not exactly inexpensive but you get what you pay for. I would consider this like ahigh end / high quality ice cream place. Read more

They have good coffee, icecream, and pastries at this location right off the beach. The place was clean and the lines weren't... long at all. The stash was curtious and very patient. Also when it started to drizzle we were able to sit under a canopy andenjoy our food. Read more
