They took my order wrong and when I asked if they can add what they forgot they said no, ask the other window. When I asked the... other window they stated no my timer is running. I had to go inside and get the rest of what I wanted, after being in drivethrough. The crazy thing is the at the moment their was not one car behind me. Got home and my order was wrong ???????? They didn?t even take our order , we asked for a little time and they never came back so we had to order at the window. Needs new management and customer service skills. They messed up my order twice and one crew member had an attitude because I... asked them to fix it.While I was waiting to for my order to be fixed another guy came in with his order messed up and she wasvery rude and disrespectful to him as well. The only reason I didn't get my money back and leave was because there was a ladythere who fixed our orders with a smile, thanked us and wished us a safe drive home. The other girl needs to be fired. First I asked for an Oreo McFlurry but with Chocolate because I am allergic to vanilla (although I'm not) and the employee who... relayed my situation to the manager in efficient timing, told me that the Oreo was a part if the ice cream mix. The food here is always fresh. I mean always no matter what time of day. That's what separates them from Burger, King and... Chick-fil-A and all the other little restaurants around their food is completely fresh. every single time fries are great. everysingle time staff is awesome. smile on your face. Staff is very polite at this store. One Self order kiosk is open, but the other and the self serve beverage station are closed... for my safety. (Or because they don't want to keep up with another beverage station. None of this is about safety.) Music isretro and throwbacks. Sporadic beeping from the kitchen. They have a display where you can see if your order is in process orcomplete and ordering in the app is much quicker than ordering with a cashier. Read more
Expired milk. Today is 11/20 and when I got home I noticed the milk I ordered was EXP 11/14. It?s not my job to look at this,... it?s yours. If fast food employees think they don?t make enough and think they should get a raise, then don?t do a minimum job,or hire capable people. Milk, six days expired, is unacceptable.
