Worst experience ever. No business is perfect. However, there must be a system where actions meet words. ?I'm sorry about your... experience?. Instead of correcting the mistake, I(Pizza Hut) will give you points towards a future order(as if I will everpurchase a pizza from them again). The pizza was made poorly and appeared to be made by someone in training with no oversight.I don't know what was worse than waiting for food I can't eat or the response from Pizza Hut when I brought it to theirattention. The proper solution was to take this pizza back and remake it, not give me points that don't even amount to what wasalready paid towards something I can't eat! Read more

Was in there today 10/16/22 @ 6:15 pm. Worst pizza I?ve ever had in my entire life. It was beyond burned, cut all uneven with... some pieces not even cut at all, barely any pineapple with some pieces that had none at all. And the black guy with long hairwho rings people up, looked straight at me and aggressively shook the box after dumping the pizza in, so two of the pieces werethrown around and overlapping. Ordered online, asked app to track order and entered phone number. Pizza was delivered but app was stating it was out for... delivery and no knock at door. So when I called store manager he was very rude and acted like it was my fault. I explained mysituation and he still blamed me. Seriously what is wrong with people! Read more

Placed an order for a Halloween party, the wrong order was delivered , I tried to contact the local store that my order was... placed at and I was put on hold for over 30 minutes, when I finally got a person on the phone she said , we don't handleproblems with orders , call corporate, I called the number they gave me and was on hold for another 20 minutes , then waspatched back to the same local number I called in the first place. Hung up , called my credit card company , and had themreverse the charge and then placed a call to Papa Jon's , they delivered within 30 minutes without a hitch. Would neverrecommend using Pizza Hut, and if you do , I hope there's never a problem with your order and you need to follow up with them .Horrible customer service . Read more
