I?ve had my complaints about this place before but tonight is the last time I?ll ever go to this place. For what seems like the... hundredth time they screwed up my order again. Can?t even read a list and put the items on the list in the bag. I went backinside to get the sauce they missed and my wallet was in my lap when I got out of the truck. It fell on the ground and somedishonest person picked it up and kept it. I hope they needed the $285 cash that was in it more than I did but now I have to geta new drivers license, business and debit cards cancelled and ordered, and worry about identity fraud. All this trouble becauseof a simple task that this incompetent staff continually gets wrong. Never again!! Read more
I generally try to not be negative, but... I ordered the family plus meal and the only thing that was edible was the pork and... rice. My whole chicken was burnt to a crisp, it was so bad that it was completely dried out. Plantains also, there was morewater than beans in the bean container. Why did I pay 32$ for food I couldn't even eat. I'm sorry, very sad ! Do betterplease. Read more
I had the chicken avocado salad it was fixed horribly. The bottom of the salad was full of water. The salad had no taste. There... was not a lot of lettuce or toppings. Just awful!!!! Read more
Two times in a row no pickles on the Cuban sandwich and the second time it was no pickles or mustard sauce. It?s a simple... sandwich, it?s not hard. The quality of service at this location has gone way down. Would not recommend. Read more

I went to pollo at 10:15pm today and was told there was no chicken To accommodate i ordered rice beans and plantains only to get... home and see that my plantains weren?t in the bag. The manager lily isn?t attentive to her customers at all. I went in about 15 minutes before they closed they were out of white rice they were out of yellow rice all they had was brown... rice. I was a little disappointed but then the manager offered one of the sandwiches and because it was closing time all thatwas available was the crispy chicken. So I said okay I'll try it and I tried their potato wedges. And it was the best sandwichand potato wedges I've had in a long time! Totally recommend the crispy chicken sandwich with a potato wedges!
