I ordered food online and went in to pick it up. When I picked it up I made the mistake of not looking in the bag and ended up... home missing my sandwich. I tried to call back twice and no one answered, it went to a voicemail. When I went back in I said theI was missing a sandwich and the young man working (the person who gave me my food originally) asked for my name and checked hiscomputer. He said that it was not in the system so I showed him the receipt that had my payment on it with the sandwich and hestill continued to say "I'm sorry it's not in the system" - thanks for apologizing but that does not help. I was charged for thesandwich and nothing was done about it. He told me that since it wasn't showing up on his end that it probably didn't chargeme.. but I had a receipt with proof of purchase on it and still was not given my correct order. I will have to now deal with mybank to dispute the purchase because I was not given what I purchased. Read more
I won't be coming back to this location again. Their bad attitude is what earns them the one star. Someone else gave the same... review about the cashier person.. Also the last couple times I've come here they tell me that they're changing the menu that theprices on the board are not correct. They advertise one price and charge you another. Technically I think that's called bait andswitch I don't even think it's legal... Even the owner I think his name is Phil stepped in and he also had an attitude abouttheir prices when I try to explain to them that they are wrong.... Seems like your cashier lady chooses the customer who she will treat with good customer service. She needs more customer service... training. You just don?t pick customer by their looks, race, the way they dress ???? be more accommodating next time! you donteven own the place ???? Read more
I was in Florida for a couple of weeks. Being from south jersey home of the best cheese steaks cmm cmm I was craving one. My son... told me about The Philly Grill and said it was as close to home as you can get. We'll he was right! Great cheese steak! Read more
Was visiting Florida and checked this spot out. Get the Philly and ask to have it ?the Sofia way? come back and thank me later.... The family absolutely enjoyed it and it didn?t destroy the wallet. It was pretty good We made a special trip down from North Palm Beach to Lake Worth just for this restaurant. The place was... clean, the food was good, the girl behind the register wasn't very friendly or helpful but other than that I would definitelyrecommend this place. We had traditional Philly cheesesteaks. The meat was tender and flavorful everything tasted fresh, therewas a great outdoor seating area... So all in all a decent experience. Thanks for the response! We were there Saturday lateafternoon sometime between 4:00 and 6:00 p.m. You're quick and respectful response makes me want to take a drive again becauseI know you care about customer service. This was hands down the worst cheesesteak I?ve ever had. Never in my life have I not been able to finish a steak, until today. I... understand we are far from Philly, but this was an absolute embarrassment for those of us from the city. The whiz tasted likehollandaise and was thick, the roll fell apart halfway through, and the steak had no flavor whatsoever. I would not recommendthis place. Read more
