When we showed up to place our order, this young guy immediately clocked out & said the young lady would be able to help us... soon. Mind you we showed up around 9pm'ish to place our order inside. So we waited a few & saw that the store manager had lefther with only 2 employees for rest of night. I'm glad we were patient bc she handled our huge order like a trooper. We had $100order & she did it in a timely & friendly manner. All our food was hot & made right. Drive-thru might have waited a littlelonger but she did us right. This Wendy's is awesome! Read more
Ordered a baked potato and it looks 3 days old fresh out the microwave... Also Ordered a spicy chicken sandwich some how they... gave me what they wanted with honey mustard had nothing spicy just disgusting. Read more
Buyer be ware, This location has been mostly consistent for the past 10 years for what it is. BUT recently this place has taken... a hard turn for the worst. Major communication issues, no inclination to do anything like take your order, complete lack ofcleanliness, untrained people slowly walking in circles getting nothing done but chit chat. This is in prime time 5pm-7. Ibelieve the manager is trying but can?t do everything and definitely not with what she has to work with. A 20 minute wait at thedrive through can not be considered fast food. Then having to return the wrong food and wait for them to try and fix it add 10more minutes. That is if they have what you ordered and paid for in the first place One well trained person paid a living wagecould do much better than the 3 they have working at 7pm on 08/24/2022. This particular Wendy's is a big thumbs down. Inside was very dirty. Service was lacking. As was the food. Yeah, it's fast food... but c'mon. I have had better from Wendy's. They didn't give me everything that came with the order and when I asked for therest, I was told they did give it when they didn't. Outside I stepped in gum. Wonderful???? Read more
I can ignore the attitude of the lady taking our order. But the least you can do is make sure your staff is trained properly.... There are not so many orders comming in that 2 of my orders are messed up my sons sandwich had broken egg shells in it and theother sandwich I ordered the chicken was so burned it was more of a rock than meat. I?ve been here 3 times and each time they?ve messed up my order and gave me an attitude. They overcharged me and added extra... food on my order. When I asked the cashier to read me my order, he got upset. I then asked for a receipt and had a hard timegetting my receipt. They didn?t want to give it to me. That?s so weird. I?ve never been to a restaurant that doesn?t want togive me a receipt. I complained about the restaurant to 3 different people on different days and they all replied with someversion of ?That Wendy?s is the worst!? There?s another Wendy?s on Congress and I never have any issues with them. They are allnice and courteous. The last time I came to this Wendy?s I wanted to try a new food item. I asked the cashier and they got upsetto answer my question. I ended up ordering something I didn?t want because she kept arguing with me instead of answering myquestion. The food wasn?t good and then I was missing items I asked for and paid for. That?s why the next time I came I demandedmy receipt. The last time I came they didn?t hand me my receipt. I figured the cashier might have had a bad day so I came back.After three tries, I don?t care about the price of gas and how hungry I am, I?m driving the extra couple of miles to the Wendy?son Congress. I?m sure that the only reason that they stay in business with such bad management is because of its location on abusy intersection. When I got my food last night I barely had any cheese or bacon on both of my Baconator fries and my nuggetswere burnt. They gave me a sauce I didn?t ask for and my drink was warm. Nice people but not professional. Every time I?ve ordered from this location, they always forget something from the order. I... ordered 3 different burgers with meals and two milk shakes and a drink. They gave me a drink I didn?t ask for, forgot to give methe milk shakes, and didn?t put a burger in one of the meals I ordered. Read more
Whoever is working this location right now on Tuesday November 1st at 5:25 p.m. are outstanding employees. Every time I come to... this location, I always seem to mess up my order and at the window they fix it for me with no problem or questions asked. Thefood is always very fresh so I never mind having to pull forward sometimes to wait a couple of minutes for those hot fries andburgers! They work like a well-oiled machine inside there and somehow are able to hand me my order as I pull up to the windowhot and fresh. These folks do not deserve the three-star rating they have on google, I've been a frequent flyer here over thepast few weeks and they are outstanding. Best Wendy's I've ever been to. Read more
