Is this a 5 star restaurant? No. But as far as fast food restaurants are concerned it is 5 stars. I love the strawberry Frosty.... I get a keychain Frosty every year to support Dave's charities. The Frosty size in my opinion is perfect. A few years back theyhad a pretzel bun which was fantastic but it went away. How come every thing I love goes away? ???? The burgers still tastelike meat. I can't say that about McD. I like that you can get a baked potato or chilli instead of fries. I don't trust fastfood salads. But I know they're on the menu. They have terrific breakfast sandwiches, much better than McD. Unfortunately theircoffee is not that great. Okay it's down right horrible. The location by me has friendly and helpful staff. Read more
Wait time is 40 mins for 2 cars in the drive through just to get home and see they gave me SOMEONE ELSES ORDER after giving me a... while ordeal about how inconvenient it is for them to make my order online. Definitely not quality service, and they'reconstantly running out of supply so they can't even get quality right either. How are u gonna get all that wrong and still be sorude to your customers?? Very poor training, always new servers and most don't know how to take an order. Also the tables look clean but the chair backs... are filthy, I always clean with wipes before eating. last visit flies were a big problem. Although the l food and value is goodI plan on going to a different Wendy's next time. Read more
Came to eat in. Floor was very slippery (oily not well cleaned). Tables were recently clean and oily residue on the tables. Went... to restroom and floor even moor slippery no paper towels at all. Quality is NOT the recipe at this location. No sense of prideand care to keep this place up to par for customers. Read more
I ordered the fish sandwich combo got no receipt also the fish is hard as a rock it's overcooked and dry as hell. I've never... ordered the fish from Wendy's before I will never do it again I call up the store and all I get is a voicemail you're supposedto answer your phone. Read more
This location gets worse by the day. It's actually quite sad. Make you wonder where the owner are and if they're as incompetent... as most of the workers. Medium fry had more fries than the large. They put stupid stickers on the top of the drinks thatwouldn't come off. Kids meal was missing the toy. All after waiting like 15 minutes for the food, which was barely warm. Read more
Considering how long this location has been operating, you'd think management and corporate would take notice (are the district... and regional manager doing their jobs?) that the drive-thru here consistently moves at a snails pace. Not sure if this is astaffing or pacing issue but waiting for over 15 minutes just to order seems like a gross error how the concept of "fast" foodwas originally intended. This location needs a serious overhaul in how they manage the drive-thru speed? or lack thereof. Read more
