Ok we stopped off at Wendy's to grab a quick bite and when I walked through the door, I was greeted by Solimar, she had a big... smile and her energy was everything. She was friendly, she was fast and they got my order perfect. I was so impressed with theyoung lady working behind the counter, that I went up there just to get her name. Food is occasionally pretty fresh and occasionally way past expiration. Buns that are stale and fries that are far from hot and... crispy. After several bad experiences I will never be back. Read more

I always get a salad which is good, but French fries are never hot and crispy. They warm and mushy. Yes, I go during lunch... when you would think there would be enough turn over for them to be serving hot and crispy French fries. Read more

Came in towards the end of the night and simply asked how much the cheapest Frosty they had there. The manager and a coworker... sat and ignored me and carried on about their conversation as if I was not even there. Then once I started recording video, Iwas threatened with police being called, which is not against the law to record any person in public, as a manager you wouldthink that they would have a little bit more of higher standards but this Wendy's is literally out of control and is always anissue. They made huge mistakes in almost all items in our order (delivery order made on the corporate website) and refused to refund... the order - only option was for me to drive to the store to get replacements. How could that possibly make things right on adelivery order? Was told by manager that I'd hear back from them, but never did. Had to spend an hour on the phone withcorporate headquarters to get a refund. (That said, big ups to Wendy's corporate office - they handled things perfectly andrefunded in full - other than the 45 minute hold time.... We're still big fans of Wendy's, but have no intention of returning tothis location.) Read more
