This is the worst Wingstop location I have ever been to. The employees are young and disrespectful, not to mention they could... care less if they mess up your order, they expect you to eat whatever they give you. Everyone who works there needs to bereplaced. Read more
Literally only getting stars because the food is good. I order online, it doesnt matter if they are slammed or completely dead I... routinely wait more than 20 minutes past the projected wait time. I am typing this as I sit waiting for food i ordered at 9:35with a wait time of 18 minutes. 4 staff on and they are so busy talking and on their phones that they arent keeping track ofwhat needs to be made. Don?t do it. Two kids working, no management, waited 46 minutes for food, asked for my money back, couldn?t give it to me. Left... without food or my money. The attention was not bad, the store is unattended, dirty in parts. Both bathrooms closed out of order, that part of the... restaurant completely dark. I ordered a dip that was never served. I really don't understand how a store that sells so muchcan be managed so poorly. Read more
I placed an online order in the afternoon for a 7:30pm pickup. Upon arriving at Wingstop at 7:30 pm I was told it wasn?t ready... yet but should be ready in a few minutes. I waited 55 minutes before my order was ready. I kept getting it will be just a fewmore minutes several times. When I finally got my order the team member that handed it to me never apologized for it being solate. Plus to top it off when I got home my wings were barely warm. So very disappointed. I will not be back to Wingstop afterthis occasion. Read more
