Tonight, it's my first time to eat in this place but sadly, it didn't meet my expectation. The fried pickle is good! That's it!
First time at a Zaxby's. Pretty good. I like the Zak sauce. This is the first signature sauce that's not like a honey mustard... base. It's peppery tangy and a little smokey flavor with a little bite. Very good. Tenders were juicy and plump . Another plusare the crinkle cut fies and a Free Style coke machine. Inside is nice as well. I know its difficult to hire quality staff in this COVID-19 season but certain things should be understood by all via common... sense, that we just do not do. One of the cooks, wore a teddy bear backpack on his back while he was cooking. He was handlingthe fryer and packing orders. I would've taken a photo but I didn't have a phone on my person. He burned a batch of chicken andthat cleared their line out fast. The restaurant itself was very clean inside and out. There is also a dining area outside. Thecounter staff, a young adult female, was courteous and exhibited excellent customer care service. I left after seeing the cook'sentire and actions. Hopefully they can hire more cooks. Read more

The first time I?ve ever gone to a Zaxbys. More than likely will never be going back to one. I had a really simple order of... traditional buffalo wings. While being the only car in the drive through I didn?t expect to wait almost 40 minutes for my order.I can forgive that when you?re making things fresh it can tak some time. I didn?t expect to be asked to park beside the backdoor/ dumpster area, the pleasant smell of dumpster juice and cheap weed filled the air for the wait. Then After finally gettinghome to eat my dinner this is what I open my order to, a plain piece of bread not even toasted, plain chicken with no sauce, andthe soggiest coldest French fries I?ve ever had the pleasure of meeting.
