The first time I?ve ever gone to a Zaxbys. More than likely will never be going back to one. I had a really simple order of... traditional buffalo wings. While being the only car in the drive through I didn?t expect to wait almost 40 minutes for my order.I can forgive that when you?re making things fresh it can tak some time. I didn?t expect to be asked to park beside the backdoor/ dumpster area, the pleasant smell of dumpster juice and cheap weed filled the air for the wait. Then After finally gettinghome to eat my dinner this is what I open my order to, a plain piece of bread not even toasted, plain chicken with no sauce, andthe soggiest coldest French fries I?ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Tonight, it's my first time to eat in this place but sadly, it didn't meet my expectation. The fried pickle is good! That's it!

First time at a Zaxby's. Pretty good. I like the Zak sauce. This is the first signature sauce that's not like a honey mustard... base. It's peppery tangy and a little smokey flavor with a little bite. Very good. Tenders were juicy and plump . Another plusare the crinkle cut fies and a Free Style coke machine. Inside is nice as well. I know its difficult to hire quality staff in this COVID-19 season but certain things should be understood by all via common... sense, that we just do not do. One of the cooks, wore a teddy bear backpack on his back while he was cooking. He was handlingthe fryer and packing orders. I would've taken a photo but I didn't have a phone on my person. He burned a batch of chicken andthat cleared their line out fast. The restaurant itself was very clean inside and out. There is also a dining area outside. Thecounter staff, a young adult female, was courteous and exhibited excellent customer care service. I left after seeing the cook'sentire and actions. Hopefully they can hire more cooks. Read more

I have seen ads for Zaxby's but there aren't any in our area. I just happen to pass this Zaxby's and decided to try it. They... have special , Traditional Wings with choice of sauce. , Crinkle Fries, Texas Toast, Ranch Sauce, and a soda. The wings arejust fair. Read more

If there was an option for no starts that?s what I would put. I literally only got 2 things a kids tender and a blue salad. And... I should have known everything was going to be old when I pulled up there was only one car waiting. But regardless my kidstenders where obviously old as well the frys. And idk if they aren?t throwing away old ones but the cookies that came with themwhere so hard they couldn?t be eating. And then I get to my salad I got no blue cheese in the salad and when I started mixing mysalad I noticed a weird taste as I?m picking through it there was so much old lettuce I couldn?t even enjoy it. And if I livedclose I would definitely go back but I live past Boynton and I called the store to get a refund and nobody even answered. Ipicked up my food today around 6:30 and I called back around 7:30. Probably the worse experience at any location. And then whenI did get someone on the phone the ?Manager? on duty ?Renaldo?lied about pulling up my order couldn?t even tell me what was rangup and how much and proceeded to tell me the GM is out of the state and will be back next week sometime. I visited the restaurant recently with my son, had never been there before. One of the best things was how easy it was to find a... parking spot, this days that is a luxury. Inside the restaurant is very clean tables were clean and chair were nicely tucked inunder the tables. Our order was taken very fast, not that many people in line and the cashier was very fast taking order. Ithought our food was going to take anywhere from 5 to 10 to be ready but it was actually ready even before the 5 min mark, I wastotally impressed. We asked for the Chicken Strips with fries and toast, the chicken was great, pure white mean not greasy as inother places nice flavor, the fries were a complement to the flavor of the chicken. I made the mistake of letting my toast cooldown so even when it tasted good being cold didn't let me enjoy as much as I would have if the toast was hot (obviously myfault). The sauces also enhanced the flavor of the strips I recommend the spicy sauce it just has the right kick in it, noextremely spicy easy to enjoy. In conclusion great experience, would come back again.
