Went to pick-up. The pizza was not as hot as was expecting as a pickup. But the food was good....love that Brooklyn style
I recently ordered delivery and it was delivered to the wrong house. I understand that mistakes happen, but I spent an hour... trying to call the store to explain that I never got my order and they won't answer. What kind of pizza place doesn't answer thephone. Right now I'm out $30 and I have to find dinner somewhere else. Pretty poor work from the management at this store howare they supposed to operate if they wont answer the phone. Read more
By far the worst experience I?ve ever had with ANY pizza place EVER! My husband spent $40 on a pizza and a soda for delivery and... they never showed up with it. A full two HOURS later (after 40 minutes on hold trying to call them), he drove to the store tofind out where the pizza was and the driver swore he delivered it and it was no where to be found. He asked for a refund andthey continuously said he was lying and it was delivered. These people are rude as hell, have NO customer service skills, anddon?t have a clue what they are doing. 0/10 would NEVER recommend to anyone. Will be contacting corporate in the morning. Read more
Ordered one (laugh) large thin crust pizza black olive beef and extra cheese . and one (laugh) large thin crust green olive... extra cheese and Italian sausage pizza. Even though these pies are extremely small they were tasty for what they are. Theirdelivery service was very quick and trouble free. Read more
I tried doing a phone in order, after 10 minutes, I placed my order online while still waiting on them to answer the phone. I... ordered two medium pizzas and stuffed cheesy bread. (Shouldn't that get me 1 free dipping sauce? ...Nope .50! I continued tohold for two reasons: 1) I forgot to change one of my pizzas to thin crust and 2) I wanted to know how long they were going toleave me on their message about someone will be with you shortly. Guess what?!? at 50 minutes and 15-20 seconds their recordingsays: Goodbye and nothing, no music, no recording, no disconnect (yes, my timer was still going) I hung up and called rightback. The second call I ended when my pizza was here! It was 16 minutes and 8 seconds. So for an hour this Dominoes had theirphone receiver off the hook so they wouldn't have to hear it ring. I know this because I have been standing in their lobby whileI was waiting on them to answer and it wasn't ringing inside. They move a receiver slightly to one side or the other to make itappear like it is hung up properly and no one notices! Any way, at 5:13pm Debra started preparing my order. At 5:26pm my pizzawent into the oven. At 5:32 pm Debra began quality checking my order. At 5:55pm Martin called me to verify he was at the righthouse with my pizza! Hmm, it hasn't been switched to out for delivery yet. It is 6:16pm and according to their tracker my pizzais still at the store. Read more
ordered at 6:40pm 7:50 came no pizza no call no expectations. i called told me he would give me extra food i didnt need. 8:32... rolled around driver knocked on the door .. tells me my price it 27 something when my original price on my app was 21. kids gotpizza first told me it was hard to bite... because it was old .. reheated.. im extremely disappointed.
