Ordered online thinking it would be more simple since I always have somewhat complicated orders. I was wrong. My order was... completely wrong. Also ordered a "basic witch" shake, which they were out of and was told since I ordered online that I couldnot be given a refund, that I would have to wait until the morning manager came in. I will definitely not go back to this Jackin the Box. Very disappointing. Read more
I love this place, best customer service I have ever experienced from a fast food restaurant. Better than chick-fil-a. Give the... man at the drive thru a raise. Definitely made drive thru the best experience with his professionalism and kindness. Food wasoutstanding, I could taste the freshness and cleanliness of the frying oil. Delivered in a timely manner. Will keep coming toonly this jack in the box everyday. I understand the dinning room is closed because they are short staffed but Angel makes upfor it by making the drive thru experience great. Mainly disliked it because it took a long time and when we finally got the food, half the order was missing. Didn't realize it... until after leaving the drive thru line and when my husband tried to go inside to get the rest of the food ( which we had paidfor ), the dinning room was closed. There were several cars already in the drivee thru line again and after having waited a goodwhile the first time, we decided to just leave. Read more
I went on My lunch break order a grilled chicken sandwich and when I got back to work i ended up with a burger.. tried to call... and no one would pick up to have it replaced. Seem like they dont know the difference between chicken and a burger. This is notthe first time this has happened. Read more
We ordered 6 tacos, 2 orders mini churros, and a salad. We received 8 tacos, 2 orders mini tacos, and the correct salad. The... dining room was closed and didn't want to go back through the line to correct the order. Tacos were good but I really wantedthose churros. Read more
This morning, I went for breakfast. I never had an issue with breakfast, but today, the hashbrowns were by far too greasy they... got stuck, as you can see in the pictures. It was a waist of hashbrown. I had to throw them away. I did notice they have youngerpeople working probably not a good idea to hire young people if they are not going to do a good job Read more
We went to try the new Loaded Nacho Tiny Tacos & get some curly fries. After we waited in the drive thru for 5+ minutes (there... was only one person in front of us) we received our order. We checked before we left & they were the plain tiny tacos; not evenat least the nacho shells. We told the woman in the window, said whoever made them was on the phone & it?d be fixed. The fix,however, was to simply throw a blob of cheese on our still wrong tacos. One of the ?corrected? boxes had a little bacon, butthere was none of the hot sauce on either. We checked & we definitely ordered the Loaded Nacho Tiny Tacos, & that?s what we werecharged for, but we certainly didn?t get that. Even after the ?correction?! Owner and corporate should review complaints take their lumpsand close this location. They are not providing anything of use to this area. Read more
