This is the worst location to get pizza from. The wait time is ridiculously long. They don't care how long you wait. They... prioritize deliveries over a regular online order. We waited over an hour for 2 pizzas. Tried to get a refund instead ofcontinuing to wait but according to them, its impossible to do that. If your time is valuable, don't order from here. I willnot be coming back, would rather drive 15 minutes out of the way to river oaks for way faster service. If I could give 0 stars Iwould have. Read more
Worse service I?ve had. First I come in and they?re on their phones. The order was delayed 15 plus minutes when I seen 3 orders... on the screen. Manager position is poorly ran and definitely needs to be upgraded. She didn?t even give us our soda. I guessreading the receipt to get the order correct is too much. I had ordered through the app and my pizza wasn't ready when I got there. The lady boxing my pizza didn't do a good job. She... didn't slide the pizza all the way in the box, so when I got home part of the pizza was folded over and messed up. I had alsoordered crazy bread and instead I was giving three cheese bread sticks? Idk if that's knew or what but it looked like threecrazy bread sticks stuffed with cheese. I tried to like them but they tasted way under cooked and the amount of bread sticks Igot for the price was not worth it at all. Read more

If I could give it a zero I would had terrible customer service ordered two deep dish pizzas and only received two small boxes... that contained only four slices each, went inside and talked to the employee if I could get the other pizza that I order hestated that they had gotten a new system even though before I?ve always ordered and never had problems. I told him if there wasa way to get the full eight slices of the deep dish he proceeded by combining both boxes into one even though I had asked for 2deep dishes, he hesitated into making it until I showed him my order and then proceeded to make the other pizza. Don?t use their app for delivery. Twice they forgotten pizza sauce with bread sticks. Box clearly states the item count. At... least use the door dash app so you can notify for discount on missing items. If pizza wasn?t great for price I would stick withmom and pops around here. Glad they added the drive thru window. These people are slooow. There was only two cars in the drive-through and it took them 25 min to attend to me and I wanted was... a hot and ready cheese pizza and they did not have it ready .
