I ordered 2 orders of 2 fish and 3 chicken and both of my orders came with cole slaw.. Both of the cole slaws we?re gone bad and... gooey.. Had to throw away, wouldn?t recommend this location.. This location is absolutely nasty, the floors had dried up food and the tables looked as if they hadn't been cleaned in months.... After ordering the 2 plates that cost $35.00 looked like it was left overs, won't be returning to Long John's anymore... Saveyourself the time and eat somewhere else. Read more
Change your hours if your employees can?t work a full shift!! I drove 45 minutes to get to this location because the beat... location on Alta Mesa decided to randomly close an hour early again. (I have no idea how that location stays open tbh). Iarrived at 9:27, 30+ minutes before closing. The lights are on, ?drive thru open? sign is lit-up, I can see the employeesitting in the back. Waited over 20 minutes to get our food . (Dine in) then they gave us our food, we asked the guy why did they give us a little... bit of rice , he said ? we were running low on rice?. He could of told us that when we ordered. It?s ridiculous to pay 10dollars for a small portion of rice. We asked for a refund. We?ve been to other locations and they look nothing likethat!!! I used to love LJS but not anymore the fish was fine but the tarter sauce was packaged. We usually go to Captain D's so I guess... I am spoiled to fresh tarter sauce. For me if the tarter sauce is not good it's not worth the money. The other thing is theirdining room is not open to pick up your order so you have to wait in the drive thru to pick up. This location is difficult toget in the parking lot. I'll go to Captain D's next time. Read more
It was Terrible they messed up my order first,Then the food was Greasy and Bland tried calling the Store the Manager was Rude... and Argued that the food couldn't be that way they made it fresh even the vegetables were even bad, they would not offer arefund unless I went all the way back and they inspected the food and then they would decide if they could refund my money.
