I got the buffalo melt from pizza hut, and I really liked it. It was crispy and cheesy, and the staff was nice.
We called in an order tonight...and didn't receive it. When I called in I got Robert the GM and he was so helpful in explaining... there was a power outage in their area. He promptly replaced my order and had it sent to me as soon as possible. Customerservice was phenomenal. Read more
Ordered 6 pepperoni pizzas & 6 cheese pizzas get delivered. Tried to call the store and got put on hold, when they finally... answered they told us ?stop hanging up and calling back or we?ll put you on hold longer.? We had only called once. When wefinally got ahold of someone they got nasty and raised their voice at us like we did something wrong, or weren?t allowed to beupset at the situation. time & Money would be better spent at the Pizza Hut on Main st. This location has failed us twice in a row. We had originally placed an order a week ago, they decided to call us 4 hours later... to say they had to cancel our order because they ran out of dough. They gave us a credit which I decided to use today. After twohours of waiting I decided to call to ask how much longer until my pizza is delivered and they say it is shown as delivered. Iask to speak to a manager, but manager says he?s too busy to talk to me. They offer to give me the credit again or have my orderremade and sent out to me again. At this point is already 8pm. Why risk to place another order just for them to call me tocancel at 10pm because who knows!?.. they ran out of dough! Place is a joke. Read more
They switched up our toppings. When I called the guy kept calling me a liar. Then started telling me to stop raising my voice... lol your calling a customer a liar over a pizza you messed up! He then hung up on me. I'd avoid this location. When husband waspicking up, the front desk lady didn't know what she was doing and it was chaotic cause they were understaffed. I get understaffed during this time, but they were not friendly at all or owning up to their mistakes! Read more
Wings were completely raw. I was told the wings come precooked, so there's no way the wings could be raw, and that no one was... available to give a refund, so only store credit could be issued. Read more
