*I was called back and offered a free meal, so I have bumped my rating up to 3 and will bump to 4 once I get promised meal. I... appreciate management staff listening to my feedback and offering to make things right. I had a horrible customer serviceexperience recently. I ordered through the app, which lets you choose how you want to pick up, drive-thru or curbside, and Ichose curbside that morning. I waited for quite awhile and noticed the long line in the drive-thru was gone, yet no one had comeout with my meal. I pull up to the speaker and state my issue plainly, trying to be direct but not ugly, and the young ladyanswering me immediately has an attitude and says, ?you?re supposed to come through drive-thru.? I reply, ?I was given theoption for curbside and I chose that? and she says ?just pull up to the curb and I?ll bring it out? really rude and defensively.?Do I pull up to the side or the parking spot I was just in?? No reply, no direction. I?m mad at this point and say, ?I don?thave time for this, I?m done.? and leave. Buyer beware: when ordering through the app, it is a royal pain to get a refund. YouWILL get the run around. You?ll be told to get your refund by contacting customer service through the app only to be told youhave to get your refund from the store. I?m giving 2 stars instead of 1, only because I?ve had some great experiences withother employees there (a very professional young black man and sweet older gentleman, a sweet blonde lady, all working thedrive-thru). If my kids didn?t love McDonalds and weren?t so used to going to this place, I would have stopped altogether theday of my poor experience. Service seems to be getting better lately! Orders haven?t had missing items, food is fresh and prepared correctly, but staff... could still be more friendly. I understand how things get busy and staff is under more stress these days, but a smile and hellogoes a long way! Read more
NO QUALITY ASSURANCE AT THIS PLACE! My wife ordered two happy meals through DOOR DASH. This was our first time ordering through... this service and, honestly, the service would have been great had McDonald?s done their job. We received two happy meals in asealed McDelivery bag from a nice gentleman. Upon opening, we realized that our order was missing everything except the two sixpiece nuggets. No fries, no extra fries, and no drinks. Yes, the ?toys? managed to make it in the bag but who cares when themeal is missing 75% of its contents!!! All DOOR DASH could do was refund us $3 of a $17 order. Unbelievable bad service fromMcDonald?s. This will be the last time we order their food. TOTAL RIP-OFF! Read more
