We?ve been here dozens of times. We ordered 2 burgers medium rare to-go ($17 each) and this is how they came. Called to let them... know and we were told the only thing we could do is return the burgers (we live 30 min away). It?s always been hit or miss butthese were so overdone and we explicitly made sure to state we wanted medium rare. We won?t be back. Had wings with Mac and cheese and corn bread . The staff was very friendly. I felt comfortable there right away . And the food... came out super fast. I really like this place and will come back when ever I?m in town. I could stop there but let me just saythis. They smoke their wings , I am big on wings. I love love wings and this place smokes theirs!!! Then the Gouda max andcheese! Might have been the star of the show. It was to die for, really amazing max and cheese . We were craving BBQ and rarely visit lake Zurich so figured we would give it a try. The location and the interior are great, the... food was really good, and service was alright. When it came to our entrees, they put sauces on the table for you to use as wellas napkins and the server just took the ones that a bigger table next us had used. The napkins were dirty to be honest and thesauce bottles and caddy could have used a quick wipe down. Not a big deal but would have been nice to use sanitized bottles.Especially since most tables are eating with their hands. Just keep an eye out for that, otherwise food still outshined thissmall thing, on our way out we checked out the giant smoker I think in the back which was cool. First time here eating here. Atmosphere was very nice on the patio. Server was pleasant, but could have given a bit more info... about the place. Had the smoked pick 3 of burnt ends, boneless turkey and pulled chicken. The smoke flavor was great on thefirst two, but non existent on the chicken which was disappointing. Sauces were great, sides were good. We will definitely beback to try some other things on the menu! Read more
Amazing Barbecue place in Lake Zurich. Nice seating arrangements both indoor and outdoor. Good variety of draft beer on tap.... Amaaaaaazing ribs, briskets and burgers!!!!! Read more
The Burnt Ends burger was cooked perfectly. The Gouda mac&cheese is a must have. And if you get their fries, it's not on the... menu, but ask for them seasoned. They'll put their own bbq rub on it. Read more
My daughter's high school cheer team, plus coaches and parents, went to BBQ'd Productions in Lake Zurich after a competition in... January. BBQ'd did a family/buffet style for us, but many also ordered from the menu. Everybody left very full and happy, andraved about the size and quality of their meals. Our service from Darcy was top-notch; afterward, she told me that this was herfirst party of 25+ people. Everything on the menu is great. I will go back and tell all my friends to go there too. Been going there for a few years now. The food quality is consistent, and always meets the standard. They're burned ends burger... is very good. Their burger patties are made with a mixture of Angus brisket and pork rib, making the patties lusciously juicyand delicious. The choice of sauces is fantastic as well. On Sundays they serve a mega-bloody Mary, which is basically a bigjar of the cocktail topped with a tower of meat. When I'm in the area, I always stop by there to grab a bite. Read more
