So here?s the rub; I?m not the biggest fan of Italian food or Italian restaurants in general I either find them too obscurely... italian or too Chef Boyardee spaghetti-O?s type cuisine. But I love good food. Better yet, I love good food I don?t have tocook. So we had a housewarming and I made carnitas and a side of elotes and everyone loved it and now we have a TON of leftoverpork. Which you can only eat so much of. So I?m done with the housewarming the dishes are dishing the tv is on and so are mysweats?.I?m not moving from my sofa let alone turning on the stove. I want soup-ish stuff without getting lacklusterunderseasoned hospital food (looking at you Panera) other than ramen (which doesn?t scream super comforting to me) or Mac ncheese (wasn?t really feeling the super cheesy goodness that night) that left that left Italian. We live in LZ so I wanted totry someplace local that I didn?t have to engage with strangers too much (socially burnt out something something) EnterDiPerios. So I order and about 45min later they?re at my door. No person to greet, nothingto sign, no weird small talk.
