I ordered food which i was supposed to pickup at a given time. When i reached there to pickup they told me that 3 of 5 food item... that I ordered wasn’t available. I got my order 45 mins later than my pickup time. While leaving i was telling the lady howdissatisfied i am with the service and she behaved as if she is not listening to me. Such bad experience. Enjoyed our dinner at Kobe. As far as the food is concerned it was pretty bland if it wasn't for all the sauces they put on it.... I had the hibachi scallops and they literally had no flavor. My wife had golden shrimp and without the golden sauce it wouldhave been just blah. We had an amazing time here yesterday. My 5 year old son Max LOVED our chef Jay and the show he put on. And my wife and I... agreed. He was funny, a great chef, and made my son feel very special. Max wanted me to say this specifically to Jay: "You'reso good. Next time I come to the restaurant, please come to my table." We will be back! Read more

Who hands their delivery driver a cold roll stacked in the same bag as a fried roll, who does that? Not anyone who knows basic... food handling safety, nevermind the intricacy of serving sushi. [Edit to add] Manager agreed to refund and retrain theirdelivery prep worker. Lunch items are best, esp. for a family. Service is good, food presentation is great, bathroom looks clean, the kitchen crew... seems to be running well... I have yet to try the hibachi so depending on how that goes, I might bump it up to 5 stars, staytuned! Read more
