This McDonald?s is pretty disgusting. What a shame coz the location is great and lots of natural sunlight. However, food was... cold, and everything was dirty. Soda hub, floors, tables, nothing got cleaned up. Food and stains on floor, chairs, tables. Whata shame! They seem to be overwhelmed or just not caring. Read more

Was just as good as any other McDonald's. Will say that the hash browns were a little bit crunchier that morning.

placed an online order, went to the restaurant and waited 8 minutes and then they proceed to tell me they can?t see my order. i... told them what i ordered, lady did not even write it down, had a missing item and part of my order was incorrect. This is hands down the most unfriendly McDs I have ever been too. I have been going there consistently for six years and I am... still astounded at how rude and unfriendly their employees are. Frankly after a terrible incident over a double cheeseburger, Ihave not been back. Will it hurt McDs? Me not going. Nope. It won't. I have went there several times to buy fries. They?re always so fresh, and perfectly salted. This is the best McDonald?s I?ve... eaten at without exaggerating. I read through the reviews on here and it sure seems like people are quick to complain. In case there's anyone out there that... doesn't realize it many of the people that work at this, or any other McDonald's are entry level employees. And, like all of uswhen we started out with our first entry level jobs they will make mistakes from time to time. Please be patient and showkindness. It's McDonald's and like every McDonald's I have ever been to if there's a problem and an employee made a mistake themanager will usually fix whatever the problem might have been. McDonald's are consistent in many ways... First, their foodtastes the same no matter where you get it. Second, the managers are almost always willing to try to fix any problem you mighthave. And third, the employees at McDonald's are always hustling and trying to do their very best to get you your food in atimely manner, just remember you're not the only customer waiting for food. Having said that, I was charged a dollar at thisMcDonald's for a cup for water once. I'm sure it was probably a mistake on the part of the person ringing up my order and I'msure the manager would have fixed the problem, but when I saw it on my receipt there was a line at the counter. So to me itwasn't worth it. Just be patient and kind with the employees, that could be your child or grandchild working their first entrylevel job. Would you want someone screaming at them for some inconsequential problem that, in the big scheme of things, doesn'treally matter? Read more

Just went to McDonalds today at around 4:30 PM and I had ordered a Iced Caramel coffee, I used the app to pay for it but that... failed so I just used Apple Pay and that had also failed. Apparently I had no funds on the card which I hadn't noticed which wasmy fault, but the manager Mark who was serving me at the front counter just gave it to me for free. I felt really bad about itand still do but I still really appreciate this place and the managers and workers here. I've been going to this McDonalds fortwo years and I've had almost no problems with it. Thank you Mark for the drink and thank you for a great experience. Read more

Definitely not fast. This is an update from my previous experiences. An online order was placed 15 minutes prior to my arrival... in a short girl with black hair wearing glasses told another employee who is fulfilling that order to stop because I had justarrived and I could wait. I proceeded to wait another 7 minutes for the online order because they were busy with the three carsthey had in the Drive-Thru. I don't know if this was the manager that said that to the employee but she looked prettyfrustrated.
