I went in and asked for a steak and cheese wrap, with the same toppings I always order, which would?ve been fine if the girl... making the wrap would have know how to properly make a wrap. She rolled it the wrong way to start, and when I asked her if shewould cut it in half she said ?you won?t be able to eat it right if I do? . And I thought that was weird so I asked if she couldre roll it so she could cut it in half and her response was ?No, I can?t.? And that her ?boss told her to let customers knowthat we can?t cut wraps in half if you want to be able to eat them.? Well, when I got home and attempted to eat it I quicklyrealized that I would not be able to eat the wrap in a wrap form because if I did, I would?ve had one side with all meat and onewith all veggies. I?m not usually one to complain but, I feel like this could?ve been avoided, if this employee was properlytrained on how to make a wrap, which should be able to be cut and has always been wrapped so meat and veggies of equal part areon both sides, as well as cut in half. Instead I?m eating a salad because the employee simply didn?t want to fix the wrap orremake it so it would be correct. I?m paying for it so, in my opinion, It should be what I want. And I?m very disappointed. Irealize it?s just a wrap but, I could spend that money anywhere else and I chose subway. Read more
This subway location consistantly sucks. They never have gluten free bread and they always have an attitude. Out of every subway... I have ever been to out of any state anywhere, this by far is the least friendly, least professional, worst franchise. Read more
It took 15 minutes of toying with bread and meat for the employee to finally relay the information to me that the Cold Cut Combo... only comes with bologna. Would be fine if that were true! Not really the employee's fault, because the manager came out from herslumber and confirmed it... Still the same bad subway on the KP, just run by Cali-Foreigners now. Read more
I have been on this Subway on lakebay Wa. One of the person who did my Salad did not do what I need on my salad no salad... dressing and salt paper what I did to deserve this even the service is poorly I still did tip them. Bad customer service justfor this specific person who work there. Read more
This Subway is pretty darn good. In a pretty rural area, they offer a great opportunity to get a good sandwich. The staff is... usually pretty helpful. I don?t think it?s a great place to dine in. Read more
