An absolute gem that you will need Google to help you find but worth the effort. Excellent food at reasonable prices overlooking... the water. I had the steak sandwich which was really a steak with tasty onion rings. D also enjoyed her meal along with lovelywait staff. Also a bar area for whom that would be more appealing. Was 5 of us in total. No one really enjoyed the food. All very salty. Daughter had mac and cheese. Should have a cheese... taste but was more like a garlic taste. I had BLT. Again, very salty and half cooked bacon. Fries were decent. After eating wewere forgotten about for about 20-25 minutes. Was wing night, maybe should have ordered those. Read more
On our way back from the Petroglyphs, we decided to stop for a quick bite to eat at a restaurant near by. Nestled in a trailer... park, this restaurant is a hidden gem! The waterfront patio is beautiful and calming. Instead of chopping down trees to maketheir patio, they built their patio around them. The poutine is outstanding. Large quantity, flavourful gravy and real cheesecurds! The Burger was a little bland but the atmosphere and poutine made up for that. Read more
This place is a hidden gem located in the trailer park of young?s point right the lake. The lakeside patio is so peaceful. I... love to watch the birds floating by!! The fish and chips are fantastic. Love their wraps too. I always have enough to takehalf home for next day lunch. Some of the nicest hardworking and upbeat staff around. A true feel good experience by boat orcar!!! Read more
Stunning location right on the water. Beautiful, panoramic views through the glass railings. Very clean restaurant and outdoor... patio, kept in excellent condition. Food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommend. Read more
The entrance isn't great but once you're get around the back it has a fantastic view of the water! Waitress was excellent. We... had fish & chips. Probably the biggest battered piece of fish I had seen. I felt the batter was a bit too much though & thatwould be my only complaint if at all. Lovely place overall. This is a hidden gem! Great food, beautiful view, very friendly staff. We?ve enjoyed our stay here so much! We were also lucky... to come when there was a live music! Such an atmosphere! Be aware - portions are huge! :) You might need a walk to digest thefood. Go to Trent-Severn Waterway - it?s a beautiful spot. And you can grab a coffee/ice-cream from Lockside Trading Co. Read more
I've been here a couple of times. It's a must go to when in the kawartha area. It's on Stony Lake and only open for the summer.... Today is there wing night. Lots of selections in terms of dry and wet rubs. Their french fries are absolutely delicious as aretheir onion rings. They have some fancy drinks really nice red wine sangria but tonight I had a mojito. The food comes outreally quickly. The patio is quite large and it overlooks boats that are anchored. It is right in a trailer park. The serviceis very good. I mostly enjoy sitting outside on the patio. The dry rub in the picture of the wings below is the Chipotlemango Food quality and quantity are very good and prices are fair for what you get including this fantastic ambience. Read more
