Unbelievably slow drive through service!! Had to wait 5 minutes at the order board before my order was take, after lining up... already for 10 minutes. Another 5 minutes to pick up. Food was OK and the order was right. Read more
First off all, the owner of this tims is also the owner of lakefeild, owners are a complete ducking JOKE with no respect for... "some" of their hard working employees, second of all how the duck do they think they can jack their prices up once again butcan't serve a qaulity coffee twice in a row! Everytime its somthing else coffee is shiet or food ducked, the owners andemployees need to get there heads out of their phones and get their shiet together, this is beyond owners and needs to beadressed by a tim hortons regoinal representative! We got 4 medium lattes with oat milk and 3 sugar in drive thru at around 8:15-8:20. Out of that one coffee was just 60% of the... cup than the other three. In less then a minute after receiving the coffee we went back to tell them the issue. And then, notsure of it was the manager or supervisor, she came out saying she made the coffee herself and It was the foam at the top whichsettled down thats why the fourth coffee was 60%. But how come the other three were full??? She was contradicting her own part.She started arguing with us. Now it was not about the coffee only. It was about the customer service skills which this ladylacked. She was very rude. Even though it was their mistake we were still politely talking but SHE was yelling at us. It hasruined our day. This was our last time at this Tim Hortons. I request the owner to please look into this. Read more
This location is a rollercoaster depending on the day. Blazing fast service with inaccurate results. Undercooked bagels,... forgetting spoons for soups, bagels/sandwiches not completely cut all the way through, ingredients not making its way ontoproduct such as asking for bacon. For the price we pay it has to be accurate and it?s not on a consistent basis, attention todetail is lacking. Also, stop jabbing your arm out the drive thru window with food or drinks in my face. Allow the customertime to put debit/cash away. I don?t need the panic of getting customers out of the drive thru applied onto me. Read more
I know for fast food places, the only time people leave a review is when they have an awful experience. I, however, felt the... need to go out of my way to give this tim hortons location a 5 star review. I?m here several times a week, order differentthings all the time, including a complicated iced coffee order. My order is almost always made perfectly and the staff are veryquick and efficient, even while being under staffed. Great job team and thank you for your efforts!! Read more
Very unhappy with my experience. I received a free beverage for my birthday and the cashier said I could order any drink, then I... ordered a chocolate chill. All of the sudden, the supervisor Lauren shows up and says I couldn't get that drink, which by theway was already made. She made me change to a hot drink. I asked if the "chill" drink was going to thr garbage. She said "no, itwill go to the next customer who orders it". Seriously?? It is over 35 degrees today, the drinking had whipping cream on it andit will just sit there for god knows how long. Overall, a horrible experience thanks to this badly trained supervisor whodoesn't seem to understand what a good customer care is. And to add, I would say there will be food concerns with whipping creamsitting for a long time in this hot weather! And the other person who served me did say I could get any drink! i ordered a BLT, no tomato. i got this "cheese bagel" BLT instead, WITH tomato. the lettuce is browning all over, and it's... only the one piece, so it should have been more than obvious especially when the sandwich maker put the tomatoes specificallyover the worst part of the lettuce. called to complain and bring attention to it, as it's UNHEALTHY to be serving this and isNOT up to par with health regulations, and the worker on the phone barely took it seriously. if you want what you pay for, gosomewhere else.
