This store is absolutely going down in service . For the last 3 weeks each time we try to order anything else other than Donuts... and drinks they claims they are out . No sourdough bread, no eggs, no avocado, no bacon? and on. Your best bet just to findanother near by store to actually be able to buy the items they advertise on their menu. Read more

I was just recently at this Dunkin and I must say I had a horrible experience here. The food was cold and my bagel was hard as a... rock. I also paid for extra bacon on something and go no bacon at all but was charged for it. Smh. The girl who was working thespeaker was rude and aggressive. Afternoon crew is literally the worst. Who hands someone a drink like this? There were 3 cars in the drive thru and from what I... could see, not many people in the lobby. I got a medium iced chai latte and hummus toast, the chai came out looking like vomitand the hummus toast wasn?t even toasted and missing the roasted peppers and seasonings. Ordered a cappuccino with an extra shot, wound up with a cup of overly sweet syrupy goo. When I asked about it, the girl at the... window denied adding sugar to it, so I don't know what they put in it. If you love coffee, avoid this place. Read more

I went to this Dunkin Dounuts & they served me a Bagel twist with veggie cream cheese with no wrapper in just a bag with cream... cheese all over the bag.. I went in to return it to get my money back, I saw the girl wasn't wearing any gloves. Then when I gotmy money back, she gave me back less than what I paid for. I had to go back to the store. There was 4 girls in the back & ittook them 10-15 min. for each vehicle to get their order. I actually give them 0 stars. Read more
