I have been a customer there for many years and have spent a lot of money taking my family out and enjoying the food. I ordered... take out for a fried calamari and chicken parm dinner. It usually is always amazing but this time tonight the chicken parm hada bad after taste and things happen sometimes. I called the restaurant up and was very nice to them explaining how good theyusually are but the chicken tonight wasn't on point and if could receive a refund. The owner I spoke to was rude and notunderstanding and also refused to give me a refund. He asked to come back but I explained I live 35 minutes away and that I ama loyal customer. He still would not do anything for me. Because of this experience I will never go there again and I will betelling anyone I know not to go there because of their poor treatment to this issue and I guess the food not tasting like itusually does. We were there for a church luncheon. We had a choice of four meals. We were a party of 25 people. Everyone enjoyed their lunches... and desserts. The manager and his staff were very helpful and inviting. Thankyou for a good time Italy's Best Pizza. See yousoon. Read more
This was my first time here and I lived in NJ for 15 years and I must say I been missing out. The service was great but the food... was out of this world. I'm a chicken Parm man and this place makes the BEST chicken parm I've ever tasted in over 20 years. Icant wait to go back. Read more
There is nothing we have had that has been less than delicious. I am from Brooklyn NY and I will say that Italys Best has the... best Sicilian pie I have ever had. The crust actually is seasoned and crispy! Today I decided to have some beef vegetable soup( I never eat soup from a restaurant as it's usually tasteless) it was amazing! Fettuccine Alfredo? First time at Italy's Best. The bread, butter and tomato pie pieces brought out to our table were delicious. I think I over... indulged a little on them. For my entree I had, naturally the veal parmesan, house salad and instead of the mozzarella sticks,decided to go with the honey barbecue wings. The food, I thought was good. Although a couple of friends weren't happy with thetomato sauce. The portion sizes were decent. The pricing, considering the inflation, was not bad at all. The staff were veryfriendly and accommodating. Our waiter Jason was great. In my haste to eat, I forgot to take a picture of the veal parm. Thesalad and wings I began eating when I realized I had to take a picture. Overall, I think Italy's Best is a fine place for anItalian food restaurant for dining in or take out. I heard the pizza was very good. My cousin ordered a calzone. It was thebiggest calzone I've ever seen. And he ordered the small one! So, definitely I'll be ordering it next time we go. Pizza, too! Thought I knew all the Italian places. Great find on a tip from a neighbor. True locals,large and traditional spot but food... presented and prepared very well. Made reservations through Google. Good thing I did at 545pm. By 6pm completely full. At least100 people! All walkins. Priced very fairly. Read more

Had 3 pizzas cheese steak, white and baked ziti. They were all very good.
