Actually ate inside. It was dirty and dank. Poor lighting didn?t hide the filth. No tables were clean. The bathroom smelled of... urine. The two of us sat eating while being stared at the entire meal by a BK employee on break. Place really makes you feelunwelcome. The drive thru didn't give me a drink or onion rings. When I went inside to get my missing food, I got a half filled onion ring... and no drink. The store manager or maybe the owner was in the store at the time. She overheard the issue but walked away. Thewoman at the front didn't make eye contact and just passed me the half filled onion rings. Then walked away. I only get half anhour for lunch, and 20 of it was spent trying to get what I paid for. The employees were friendly but the decor is like the 80's. The food is typical for Burger King. There are more modern, updated... fast food places around to eat at. They weren't very busy. Until they do an update I don't see this place doing much business orbeing a viable eating stop for us. Read more
The morning was great ordered using mobile app ,my wife and my breakfast when get to the intercom this person, in a grumpy bossy... tone, ask how can I help you I said mobile order and the number and I ask the place another order I, placed the order and get towindow to pay and get my food ,was checking my order this lady open the window and yelled that i need to pull up for anothercustomer i told her I was check my order to make sure it was right she told me to pull away that there was another customerwaiting , I thought I was a customer also it sure didn't feel like it. I went inside to complain. She kept ignoring knowing Iwas inside to complain about her attitude. Another worker asked to help me. I asked for the manager and the grumpy bossy rudelady was the manager. I told her I would report her to corporate and she continued to tell me that there was a customer behindme. So I had not been to Burger King in years because past experiences had not been all that good. There's a Wendy's kind of across... the street from this Burger King. My wife and I go to Wendy's about once a week. Typically, we look over at this Burger King andsee few if any in the drive-thru. Now I know why. For dinner my wife wanted Taco Bell but I decided to have a Whopper. TheWhopper I received was a joke. I cannot imagine that Burger King management would find the Whopper that I received to beacceptable. The picture with this review will speak for itself. I will NOT be going back to Burger King.
