We called in as a party of 22 within 15 minutes of our arrival time. The employees quickly pulled together to accommodate our... large party and seated us right away. Taylor was our main server, but many others stepped in to assist her in giving us thebest experience ever at Chili's. Thank you for your friendly service and demonstrating teamwork! VERY FRIENDLY SERVICE!!!! Our server, Destiny, was AMAZING! She made excellent customer service seem effortless. The server was more than rude. She treated her job like last week's left overs. There was no Coors lite Draft, no wings,(HA) and... no plates for our food, no kindness, no smiles, no time for us and no time to shave the overgrown fur on the sign hanging overour table. The only reason she made a trip back to the table was to put dishes from another table in the bus tub behindus. Chili's would make more money closing the restaurant to customers while she was working because then, they actually mightreturn. No charisma no menu items,no service, and no cleaning equals no returning guests and a mouthful of no's. It's my guessthat she is a no- it- all, even if it's just no she isn't and no it wasn't. Our service on 7/17/22 was very good. Our server was Sierra. She was so attentive and she always made sure we had drinks. Food... came out really fast and was really good. One of the best chilis I?ve been to. Read more
Food was excellent! Value was great. Service could have been better. No refills on drinks nor offered water.
Let me start by saying the service was good but everything else was horrible. I ordered the steak fajitas which were burnt. I... asked for a manager after I tried to eat them but couldn't. The manager Mallory asked if I wanted them recooked which I alreadyhad done which were still overcooked. I received no apology, just a bill adjustment. I was ok with that but I've worked in theservice industry for over 20 years and I would have at least apologized for the horrible food. I will not be returning. The website said they close at 11, so being that we arrived at 10:00 we figured my family would be fine to come in and eat real... quick. When we walked in, we made sure to ask the hostess what time they close, because we know sometimes online isn?t accurate.Owning our own business, we know how it is when someone walks in minutes before closing time. She assured us they don?t closeuntil 11, and nicely seated us right away. An hour is plenty of time for us to eat and be on our way. Our waitress on the otherhand was visibly aggravated that we had come in and made us feel very uncomfortable and rushed. By the time we ordered it was10:30 and she made sure to tell us ?we don?t have any soup because we literally close in like 10 or 15 minutes?. I replied with?Oh we were told you close at 11? and she told us ?the last call is 10:45? and proceeded to ask another employee ?Did you lockthe doors?? While she was still taking to us. We were done eating, paid for our food, and were out the door by 11:00. We hadcome in and were very mindful of them closing at 11, but once again we figured since we arrived and sat down around 10:00, itshouldn?t be a problem. While we were waiting for our food they were turning all the tvs off and putting all the chairs up,which I understand is closing procedure but, they were not closed yet and it made us feel very rushed and awkward. I think shecould sense that we weren?t happy and did try to be nicer towards the end but by that point we were ready to leave. The food wasgood, the lady that brought us our food was very kind, and the hostess was nice as well, but our waitress really ruined ourexperience. Food and drinks were phenomenal ????. But the dining room was very dirty. Tons of food and napkins on the floor.
