I planned a luncheon for over 30 ladies a month in advance on Nov 17th, at 11:30am. They were not completely set up for us , we... were all there by 11:15. Had one waitress who tried her best. The buns on the sandwhichs were so hard they could not be eaten. Our appetizers was served without any plates we asked for plates three times finally got them when we we done eating. Soupwas served but they didn't get spoons with them. Talked to the manager but she just said oh sorry. Even had trouble payingout bill, they handed us a reader and said it was on The screen. I tried twice either I paid twice or l didn't pay at all. Itold the manager and she said don't worry about it. We finally left at 1:30 pm. Sorry but we won't be back. M Day Read more
Another great visit to Chili's. I typically sit at the bar and enjoy my chips and salsa. Today's visit was on Veterans day... where chili's graciously provides a limited menu for veterans. Thank you Chili's for doing that! As always the chips and salsawere awesome and the food that my girlfriend and I enjoyed was awesome as well. And of course Sarah at the bar was superattentive and made us great drinks. Read more
Worst chili experience ever. Usually go to the one in winter haven but gave this one a shot since it?s closer to home. Never... again! will take the 40 min drive for better food and better service. Party of 3? 2 and a half hours spent waiting on food thatwas almost inedible and dealing with waitresses that have zero customer service skills. Told waitress the food sucked and sheShrugged it off instead of acknowledging it and possibly try to make it right, she just gives us the bills and walks away. Sat up at the bar last week for dinner. Great cold beer. I did add an 18% tip to my bill at checkout, but was told by a staff... member that wasn't enough. Updated for July 11th. Was told today by a different staff member that my experience last weekwasn't typical, so I'm glad I'm back to get a better experience! Thanks Chelsea Read more
There was an issue where we were seated at a table, but the waiter never came by for about 15-20 minutes. After flagging... someone down, we were given a chance to order drinks and appetizers. We wanted to take advantage of the July special of a freeappetizer upgrade, but it caused a problem as the waiter didn't put in the order and instead of paying for a 3 for me price, allthe components were added individually. This forced him to continue making changes "as it was being fixed". The food was 'ok',but my wife's chicken crispers were too salty (more than usual). One interesting aspect to this Chili's is the inclusion of afood delivery robot, which the kids got a kick out of. We usually go to Chili's once or twice a month, but we weren't impressedwith this location's service or food. Read more
Absolutely terrible!!! Place was empty but had to wait 20 minutes for a table because they were all dirty. After we were seated,... we tried to connect to Wi-Fi, and it never would connect. Salad was not brought until we mentioned it 20 minutes later and theserver said "oh, they never brought it". I thought to myself, you are our server, you are the "they". Had to ask twice forextra sour cream, had to ask for a steak knife for a steak. Shrimp on the fajitas were tiny little things and not the normalsized shrimp and it came so cold you could even touch the iron that normally is sizzling. 5 tables were never cleaned of in thehour and 15 minutes we were there. Bathroom was so nasty that my feet would slide just standing still trying to wash my hands.this is the third time in a row we have had this quality of service at multiple places, and we will never be back. My broccoli was served to me in the bag they heated it up in. And the steak was barely edible. It was tough and just hard to eat... in general. Our appetizers came out with out food. The alcoholic beverage I ordered was way to strong. And the tea was almostwater. Read more
The only reason I am giving two stars is because of our waiter who was attentive with our drinks. Everything else was horrible.... My wife and I have been to this Chili?s location before and never had issues, but this time everything was bad. We ordered themost basic of things the Crispy chicken strips and quesadillas and literally waited over 40 minutes for our food. There was zeroexcuse for that long of a wait. The restaurant was not overly packed and super busy at all (in which case I would?ve given themthe benefit of the doubt.) There were tons of empty tables. Our food finally comes out after the long wait and we?re told by ourwaiter ?I don?t know what happened with the wait.. the manager is going to come out and talk to you? so we eat and I haveextremely dry chicken, and my wife?s quesadillas look very unappealing and sloppily put together. We wait around a bit longerbefore leaving because we were told the manager would talk to us and the manager never once comes out. Probably the worstexperience we?ve had at this place.
