Staff needs to pay more attention to detail and be attentive to customers waiting 20+ minutes for pick up. I won?t place online... orders again, they missed pico and medium salsa so bowl was pretty dry. I know they can do better; staff just needs moretraining; maybe someone was new. Read more

Sick of this store. Really gone downhill. Online ordering is messed up 9/10 times. Today was a $50 order for three people. They... forgot five of the items, I go back in as usual and there?s a taller girl working there. I tell her what it is and she runs andstarts to get the items. I get you?re understaffed, underpaid and overworked. But don?t look at my me while I?m telling you whatI missed and start telling me ?I know, I know, I know? while I?m telling you what wasn?t in the bag. I understand id look likethe jerk if I get an attitude with a 17 year old girl, but treat your customer with respect. What was on the printed receipt vsthe online confirmation was different, which is why I was telling her in the first place. But to stop looking at the receipt andstare directly at me saying I know over and over while I?m trying you to help YOU out is embarrassing. Read more

This Chipotle location may have me never eating Chipotle again. The serving counter was disgusting and ingredients were every... where. The woman after me actually told them to clean up before she even ordered and I really wish I'd done the same. It lookedexactly as it does in the review posted a little further down. The trash cans were overflowing, the dining area had foodeverywhere. There were clearly more people behind the counter walking around that weren't even on the clock. The staff waspretty unprofessional and not following food prep standards for hair (tied back) and touching everything with gloves. There wasno ice in the soda machine and the soda was flat. An employee was also touching every single fork handle and mouth piece in aneffort to tidy the area up with her bare hands and putting them back in the hokder. I am a long time Chipotle fan and thisplace just ain't it. If I dare eat at Chipotle again it will not be here. Read more

How are you going to give someone half of a regular portion when they ask for EXTRA PORTIONS. Also, if you are out of... ingredients, ask the customer if they want a replacement or a refund. DO NOT just replace the ingredients with something else asyou have no clue what someone?s food allergy is. I called the store, and they said they were aware this was being done and thatit was because they were running out of ingredients. On several occasions, we?ve had to wait an extra twenty minutes for ouronline order. We?ve also had visits where the food counter and tables are covered in random food. ONE TIME THEY EVEN SCOOPEDSOME OF THE FOOD FROM THE DISGUSTING COUNTER BACK INTO THE FOOD CONTAINERS AND SERVED IT TO THE NEXT GUEST. We?ve even had ourbowls caked in random food residue. Rather drive an extra 20 minutes to the other Chipotle than continue to have horribleexperiences. Chipotle is one of my favorite places to eat, but this location ruins that experience every time. Do not EVER trust their takeout. If you want what you pay for you have to physically watch them make it. This is the 3rd time... within a month they have shorted me in a significant way and it is starting to feel like it is on purpose. Forgetting oneingredient can be considered an honest mistake, but when you pay for 2 portions of the most expensive protein and get only oneportion of the cheapest, plus no guac on multiple occasions, which I also always pay for, it just starts to get ridiculous. That?s $6 down the drain right there. Also, the takeout portions are 1/2 the size of the ones you watch them make. This cannotbe accidental, it happens every time. This is either weaponized incompetence or a corporation instructing their employees toshort takeout orders on size and paid for ingredients hoping that in the long run the number of people who complain will be lessthan the extra money they make. I personally think it?s the latter. They are ridiculous. I stopped going here for 2 years overthis the last time it happened but I gave them a new chance when I came by and saw post-pandemic staffing changes. I have OCD soif they would just get their stuff together and assemble even somewhat reasonably correct orders I?d stay eating the same thingthere with ridiculous frequency, but when your consistent inability to properly prepare a simple single order, outweighs myclinical inability to choose something different for lunch, you know you have a serious problem. By far, the worst Chipotle location I have been to. This one is consistently bad and today they hit a new low. Ordered two bowls... to pick up and this is what they looked like. Not only were they incorrect, they looked like the food was literally thrown inthe bowls. Even though this one is closest to my house, I will not return to this location again. It is worth the longer driveto the North 98 location. Read more

We were going to Bok Tower Gardens and on our way we decided to have a quick breakfast at Chipotle Mexican Grill. We waited in... the line for 10 minutes before we got our chance to order Chipotle Bowl. For the bowl we ordered White Rice, Black Beans,Chicken, Plant Based Protein, Sauces, Corn, Lettuce, Cheese, Chips and Guacamole. The Bowl was ready in minutes with theingredients. The ingredients were fresh and good. We have 2 complaints. First is lettuce was not properly chopped whichsometimes make it difficult to eat as a whole. Second is I don't why but I noticed a trend that Chipotle has started focusingmore on online customer than the customer which are present in the store at the moment. This lead to more and more waiting timesfor us. Apart from the above two complaints everything was fantastic and amazing. Read more
